How long have you worked with this sponsor? I ordered through your link and it’s been a week and nothing has been shipped. I’ve tried emailing customer service through my order confirmation and it was returned. Went directly to their website and used the contact link and received an email response in a foreign language. Starting to feel like this is a shady company. Hope I’m wrong.

I can definitely relate to that last point. I used to "decompress" after work just watching TV and before I knew it, it was time to go to sleep. I started my real estate pre-licensing course at the beginning of this month, and boy do I feel like those extra 2-3 hours at the end of my day are being used so much more productively. I actually fall asleep feeling really good that I did something to help grow my career goals and just learn something new in general. We DO have time!

Posture is a super interesting point. As a dancer I had very commanding posture when I stood in front of a class of students. I became aware of how I carried myself and how that impacted a room. Growing up with anxiety I usually walked around in the world with my eyes cast down. Just the simple act of looking at the horizon when I went about my day drastically changed my confidence. On the flip side, as someone who makes a living helping people improve their posture, I get a lot of people who have ideas about what good posture is. Standing up *straight*, throwing your shoulders *back*, holding your head *up*. (If anyone knows where these ideas came from, I'd love to get your perspective!) When in fact posture should be an emergent property of how your brain decides to manage your centre of mass. Mindfully altering your posture tends to create new issues in your body, including new areas of tension and the compression of the important structures that run up and down in the space between your heart, lungs and spine. Ask a room full of people to show you their best posture and each person will get into their posture in their own unique way and stand differently from everyone else in the room. Posture is an outcome, not an action.

Big ups to everyone working effortlessly trying to earn a living while building wealth. I’m 62 and my husband 65 we are both retired with over $3 million in net worth and no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money. Saving and investing lifestyle made it possible for us this early even till now we earn monthly through passive income

Alright phyllis, speaking in general terms, investing requires a good amount of knowledge. That's why it's essential to have a solid support system like a financial counselor, especially when picking out assets. I've been working with Regina Louise Collaro, who is an investment advisor at a registered wealth management company. I can't recommend her enough; my financial journey has been fantastic thanks to her. She's quite well-known for her services, and she helped me achieve financial stability through investments. Now, I benefit from her passive income strategies every month. So, I'd strongly suggest finding a reliable investment advisor for yourself.

I've been able to feed and make a living through her advice and great work. For such a person as Regina, I owe her gratitude, support and endless prayers as it is not easy to gain access to such a competent and reliable adviser. Who isn't just wise but has all it takes to handle an investment and is good at what she does..😊

It's also important to give your brain some airspace. I'm 49 and worry that young people can't seem to exist without constant input. They're either watching or listening to something at all times. They can't just be alone with thoughts. It's not healthy.

I completely agree with the principles of the habits in this video! I'm someone who grinds quite a bit on my two businesses to keep them surviving and growing. However, no shame if you choose to idle for a few minutes. Those 3 minutes waiting for water to boil? Take a break. Eating breakfast and having coffee? Savor those 10 minutes. The key is moderation - you don't have to spend every waking moment learning or doing something to improve yourself or your life. Take those little breaks here and there - you deserve them too.

Some of these tips are helpful however one of my biggest pet peeves is the wake up at the same time everyday tip... I work retail, I dont have the same schedule everyday and there is absolutely no way i am getting up at 830am (earliest wakeup for work) when i dont have to). What I do however is never sleep later than a certain time even on days off and i am trying to make it an earlier time so that its a bit more average for work as well. I wish I could take all of your advice but I fear that i am too late to do so. Thank you for the advice however please be aware that some of your advice comes from a place of entitlement and is not possible for some people

You probably heard standing up tall from other people prior to Peterson and he certainly didn't invent that one. Sometimes he does have true things to share, but I don't think he is worth name dropping and I don't think he has good intentions. From what I've seen of him, he mixes truth to disguise the garbage and word salad. He throws a lot of red flags. There are better sources out there by far.

Why do people not like Peterson? What has he ever done to you? I can't stand it when people hate for no reason.
