I watched many dramas when the leads have multiple identities but this drama has the best revelations of the identity in this scene. When the person you trust and your savior is actually your enemy, you'll feel really betrayed.
I don't think she really feels betrayed. I think it was more like she felt embarrassment and humiliation on her end for not knowing or even suspecting. She herself had her own identity to hide and she said to him multiple times that neither should ask questions about each other's identity or business. Sun was also honest in telling her he lived among the Ashile tribe, her enemy country. Either way, she only lived because he protected and saved her life many times so I think she had very conflicting feelings.

I love many youtube channel are recently reposting videos of the long ballad and the comments are so refreshing to read as mostly appreciate acting of Dilireba and Wu Lei, the story as a whole and not being ignorant expecting li changge soft and the long ballad like regular romance drama because it is not! This drama is so underrated and deserve more attention! My favourite scene! It’s a very powerful scene!
The princess fought so many wars to keep the city away from the enemy. She lost A’Dou, someone who has been with her in most of her journey after she moves from a city to another city, experiencing every hardships together. The fact that she was the person in charge and couldn’t open the gate for him and the enemy, leaving A’Dou to sacrifice himself, it’s just so heartbreaking.
She being put charge to deliver Gong Sun Heng’s head (someone who has been sincere to her) to the enemy and admit defeat is another emotional toll.
Then to find out that the head of the enemy is her ‘friend’, makes it even harder for her. There is just so much of emotions - betrayal, her pride got bruised and losing people who were close to her. She feels so defeated.
When A’Sun proposed to make her his slave, it doesn’t get any better. She was the princess! She has so much pride for her country and now she needs to serve the enemy! She fought so hard for her country but no one appreciates her. She’s at lost in the end.
Dilraba did very well in portraying all these complicated emotions in just few minutes scene.
Bravo to all of them!

I honestly believe that the head is not of Sun Heng. Coz when the right hand man opened the box to confirm if it was, Changge was surprised herself. They knew beforehand that Changge will agree to the deal despite knowing that if she refused & will kill her for it, A'Sun will not agree. A'Sun clearly loves her in this scene. He just does not want to show his emotions at a very unopportune time.
it the governor's head, that was the "gift" he had chosen to give and he killed himself as he promised. she is surprised because she recognised Mu Jin's voice. she had met him with A'Zhun before, which is why she looks up from Mu Jin to Ashile Sun and he immediately takes off his mask because he knows she has recognised him.

Tegin asks a Princess to be his servant. Think he knows who she is maybe he is trying to keep her safe from the people and for Tang ☺️
Technically he thinks she is a strategic genius because she has won several battles with less soldiers than her opponent, he wants to use her as a tool against his enemies. At this point in the story he may like her, but she absolutely despises him and his people for causing the death of so many people she truly cared about. It's probably the biggest issue that they have in this series, she is first and formost a Princess of Tang, and he is first and formost a Tegin (prince) of the Eastern Tujue tribe. For a big portion of the series after she goes to his tribe as a slave they have a lot of trust issues with each other, and a few times she sabotages their battles against the Tang forces.

🌸 He does know who she is as he called her by her name as she was leaving the hut where she tried to bind up the wound on his back, Princess Yongning. He figured it out but you’re correct about their trust issues.
He could have killed her with that arrow but he didn’t want her dead, just to win the battle. He is trying to protect her from the people in the city and also his men who want to kill her that’s why he wants her to be his servant.
She hates him for now because she feels completely betrayed.

Мне очень понравилась эта дорама. Сошлось всё: сценарий, музыка, актёры, красивое исполнение OST, костюмы, грим, работа оператора, режиссёра!!! Великолепная Дильраба и У Лэй!!! Спасибо за титры команде переводчиков!!! Творческих успехов!!!
да ладно, испоганили персонажа Дильрабы на середине сериала. Просто из интересного персонажа превратили в неуверенную в себе плаксу. Так интересно было в конце, но чем дальше в лес тем маразм режиссёра крепчал. А когда властелином пустыни оказался какой-то малолетка загримированный под седого мужика, совсем бред.
Про то, что испортили главную героиню, соглашусь. В 44 серии вообще прогиб ниже плинтуса. Главная героиня пошла с каким-то мальчишкой за пределы города, а потом тут же сдалась, когда её ранили (Чангэ из 4-20 серии всех там на лопатки уложила бы ).
А вот про короля Северной пустыни не согласна. Он не старик и не малолетка. А цвет волос могу объяснить тем, что это другой народ. У Мими такой же цвет волос, она ведь из Северной пустыни.@@zhaopanda7709

Это как в Принцессе Агент династия Вэй у некоторых актрис были ногти с маникюром синего цвета) сильно било по глазам)
Хотя Мими была интересным персонажем) И Чжао Лусы свою роль хорошо сыграла.

Впервые красить ногти начали в Древнем Китае, примерно в 3200 году до нашей эры. А синий цвет можно было получить, намешав фиолетовый с голубым.

Я понимаю когда парням парики часто одевают, но девчонкам? Крайне редко. Про то что в Китае первыми придумали красить ногти, не знал, интересно, спасибо.

@@carolgorton5615...true. He was supposedly in his very first commercials at the age of 4 then went into acting around 6 years old and has been doing that for about 16/17 years. He's very much a veteran despite being so young with a lot of roles/dramas/films attached to his name. Wu Lei has won awards and/or has been nominated for various acting roles before and he's also very versatile, athletic, has good horsemanship skills, and does all his own stunts. I think he's amazing.

Those soldiers are saying that they can't let it go since so many of their comrades had died.....my left foot!!! Those soldiers quickly killed off innocent townspeople of all ages whether they were rich or poor. Hypocritical of them to say it.
It's nationalism and ego. They are soldiers of Eastern Tujue versus the people and soldiers of Tang. So of course they think they are the best thing since sliced bread. The real point of this though is they didn't face the full might of the Tang generals, they fought a Princess and a single talented General in the border cities, and that General and Princess gave them a true run for their money. In a way the Eastern Tujue forces were humiliated because Li Changge and General/Governor Gongsun Heng were able to hold the city against the invaders for such a long time.
🌸 Mostly it was the other Ashile tribes that killed the innocent. Eagle division weren’t known to be cruel to civilians as long as the followed instructions after being captured.
That’s why the governor felt he could make that deal with Ashile Sun (hero)to protect his people.
PS: You should watch Leo Wu in his new drama “ Love like the Galaxy “. It’s really good and another costume drama but this time with Zhao LuSi.

Wu Leo stole this series even more so than Reba. Then he went on to star in the blockbuster Love Like the Galaxy with Zhao Lu Si. Both series are outstanding
I far prefer Sun and Changge's relationship over Ling Buyi and Shao Shang's. One had a strong foundation based off of mutual understanding, respect, and admiration. That was there long before they realized feelings for each other. On the other hand, people had to practically force Shao Shang to see the good in Ling Buyi...and then she forgot all about everything he'd done for her because she was so fixated on having a wedding and her childhood insecurities. At the very end of the drama, Shao Shang only took Ling Buyi back because he shouldered all the blame and guilt. Their relationship was one of the most one-sided and frustrating relationships I'd seen in a long time. It sucked. Ling Buyi was excellent as a solo character though. Loved him just as much as Ashile Sun.

I haven't watch The Long Ballad it's difficult after watching magnificent LGeneral Ling Bu Yin on his horse with the black armor army.
@@wasabicriollo...well, Changge was also only 14/15 according to the story so age isn't an excuse. Some characters are just not likable(Shao Shang for me, in this case). And even 5 years later, she was still not likable. She didn't change much or grow(because she refused to): never owned up to her actions and decisions. Never genuinely tried to put herself into the shoes of others to try to understand them or why they had to do what they did. Still solely blaming others for what happened and victimizing herself. Unreasonable and annoying, tbh.
Wu Lei is just as magnificent in the role of Ashile Sun. He's on a horse a lot too, except in white armor, and with the Eagle army. He's also the foster son of the Great Khan as well as a Tegin/general. His character is different in personality, but no less awesome.

I really love watching Reba’s drama because of twist of the story.,from the blue whisper You are my glory.,the long ballad..she always had the different character in one drama..sometimes funny but not over acting.,drama scenes which makes you break down.,fighting scenes which makes you mesmerized by good effects and choreography which very entertaining plus the exchange lines they do..all in all Reba’s dramas has great quality and taste.,plus the good combination of her co actors,like wulei super cute protective,yangyang handsome and daring.,Ren who is tender but masculine..all the actors she’s been with are all great!!love it!!❤❤❤❤

The most painful part in this drama is the fact that she forgives him 🤦
You must be stupid, right? By doing what he did here, the guy saved her life in more ways than one when he truly owed her nothing. For a while now, he has been betraying his own people and saving her, an enemy. What's there to forgive? If he was her enemy the way he's supposed to be, she'd be dead now. She actually tried to kill him earlier but missed and he never held a grudge against her for it because he's reasonable. He didn't start this war. There has been war between these two peoples long before his existence. These two were born into this unfortunate situation but he is a good man. He isn't someone who takes the lives of people for granted and he has done everything in his power to keep her alive even when there were moments where she didn't care about her own life. She could afford to be reckless at times thanks to him. Changge actually _correctly_ acknowledges later on that she owes him a lot. I'm glad she is smarter, more mature, and more grateful than you. Girl is reasonable and can correctly identify friends from true foes.

Além disso, ele poderia simular a morte dela para que parecessem de caçar ela. Sun sofreu muito. Tanto que mostra ele bebendo e deprimido. Ele não teve escolha. Ele queria salvar ela e manter ela viva.
