@@linadecrava895 I think the ending is a bit abrupt, which gives that feel. The story is so good that we would have liked to see more.
But, knowing that most historical dramas end weirdly (death of the FL, open ending, last story arc completely OOC and incomprehensible), this ending remains very satisfying. Except that I wouldn't be able to see historical dramas anymore, unless they remake some of this quality.
I started the making of one of the videos (it will be with the song "Whose side are you on ?" by Ruelle and will be focused on some of the characters face to Changge: Sher, the Emperor, Ashile Sun, Leyan, Hao Du, Shuyu). But it's complicated because I can't do it chronologically 😂

_The Long Ballad_ is a direct translation from Changge's name. Changge means long song(AKA "long ballad"). The entire Chinese name of this drama is _Changge Xing_ or "Journey of Changge".

Neither Sun nor Changge are traditional type characters. They got married, but not with the traditional red tape ceremony. Sun proposed to her in a letter, and she accepted marriage with him by performing a simple union ceremony in front of her mother's spirit tablet. She said that Sun was her husband from that moment forward. They decided together that they didn't need the traditional red wedding. They're not apart. They go to the grasslands together. They were just shown in separate frames. They already pledged themselves to each other before the final scene and, before leaving to save Sun, Changge told her mother's spirit tablet that Sun was her husband from that moment onward.
