I am only three minutes into the video and finding myself going...there is something familiar about the look of those houses and area. Have not seen it in 30 years, but I spent my summers at a family cottage near Marmora, just to the west of the town that bakery is in. What a surprise. Living in South Carolina took what used to be a relatively easy day trip to that area from Baltimore and made it into a chore or a multi-day journey just to get there. Had kids along the way and there were too many things closer to us that gave a similar experience (Upstate South Carolina has the forests, mountains, and waterfalls/lakes that are sure to please) so we stopped going. Generations of our family summered at that old place and it introduced me to the joys of fishing, boating, keeping the woodshed filled, operating the woodstove, emptying the chamber pots, carrying water in buckets from a neighbors well down the way, and of course, living in harmony with the mosquitos and deer flies. Wouldn't trade it for the world and I find myself yearning to live that way again. Thanks for sharing your vids and please keep posting the great content. new sub.

Lightly grease the bottom of the skillet Layer chips with cheese , hot peppers and taco sauce or any other toppings you want and then once cooked we added tomatoes and green onions. We used the burner to melt the cheese and then put the skillet in the fire to finish it! We used homemade salsa for dipping and then mashed 2 avocados with a splash of lime juice and salt and pepper for dipping also! Thanks for watching 😊

As a Heating Engineer I noticed the smoke etc on the Glass is a sign of inefficient combustion due to lack of Wood Burner Stove design knowledge by the manufacturer, the uninitiated End User does not know what to look for in term of Maximum Efficiency ( or impulse buying), whilst the retailer wants to clear Floor Stock. So the Wood Stove in question does it's JOB? apparently!!! because it heats up the 'Space' ???... However because Wood is Considered a Renewable Fuel Source, which is highly debatable, Efficiency goes out the door or Rather UP THE CHIMNEY due to so much uncombusted Volatiles from the Wood Fuel not being usefully and efficiently Combusted the Atmosphere is further polluted. In my extensive career dating back to the 1960's in the U.K. there was only one Manufacturer who bucked the Scandinavian Style of Wood Burner Design that became embedded in the concept of Wood Burning Stoves meaning that if it was NOT designed in Scandinavia it was perceived by the misguided End User as no good. So what was the problem with the U.K's Manufacturer's revolutionary Design ... it was built to be EFFICIENT not Pretty. The difference with the passionate U.K. Manufacturer was that he understood the different air flow combustion characteristics and requirements of WOOD/High Grade Anthracite/Coke compared with other fuels such as standard Coal.
