- Hi guys, in this video I live alone in the forest, in a cozy log cabin, at night the wolves gathered the courage to walk around my hut. There was a heavy snowstorm during the day, and a strong wind at night. I found a second log cabin on another lake, maybe someday I'll have to spend the night in it. Thanks for watching!

This is such a nice cabin, everything you need , nice and cozy, I like the wood and prep house also, love the snow fishing , what a wonderful peaceful video

I live in a place where there is no snow at all, even in winter. So I really enjoy watching videos about bush crafts, and wilderness camping in very heavy winter conditions. But I have never seen one like this. Thank you for the time and effort you have put into this. You even made a log chop itself! Amazing to me.

Don't forget that most cabin owner's don't mind you using them. Make sure that when you leave to fill up the wood box inside and leave any canned goods and anything that will not rot and lastly leave a note of what you seen. How many fish you got etc. etc.. You may make a new hunting buddy. The best to all from Alberta. Canada

А нельзя когда тепло дровами запастись на зиму, наколоть и сложить возле избушни, сделать навес, что бы дрова были сухие, купите газовую зажигалку, ней очень хорошо подпаливать дрова. Под воду канистры 20 литровые, прорубь сделать такой, что бы можно было воду зачерпывать ведром. А волков не боитесь.? Как мне жутковато, зато какая красота и тишина.

Шкуры на днище,)эт на охотничьих лыжах так делают чтоб они назад не ехали ворс не дает топорщится но как там в реальнлсти не знаю работает ли эта тема в жизни наверно да раз прибивают интересноб было прокатитбся на таких.
the hides are made to be hooked on to the skis, so you can walk uphill, without sliding backwards. The hairs on the hide prevent the sliding. We have them in Switzerland and use them when going up the monuntains.
Agree about the hack used with the ax ….I’m going to pass that along….
And … didn’t know about the purpose of skins used on skis ! Nice!

Acui. Thank you I'm from Boston. Man talk about living a dream. If the future holds bright for me a parcel of land deep in the woods a modest cabin quite like yours seriously could it get better? Not really. I'd have jars of soured greens I collected though, dried mushrooms and that pike you caught boney but the best eating freshwater fish as far as i'm concerned. hearing that wolf howl it was rather eerie but in all not so surprising a action as humans do live in their environment and no doubt happening alot more than normal. Gosh that foot print of the wolf was certainly big and looked alot bigger than your hand. It is a rather daunting but beautiful area you are in and the snow makes look all so peaceful. travel safely & a safe new year to you.

Да неплохо. Толька ружьё в лесу надо с собои носить. А при остановке. Либо на дерево вешать. Либо прикладом в снег. А то бросаеш его парвет ствол. И вся недолга.

I never understand why the woodshed is so far from the cabin!! It needs to be way closer! Who wants to walk all that way for wood…or struggle in deep snow to get wood?! All that should be taken care of early in the Spring of the new year and waaaay closer to the cabin!! Sayin’
