I feel like it would be really nice if you could include whether it was in any type of flood zone going forwards. That's the type of info that non-experts may find hard to look up. For example, I was looking on the FEMA website (and I don't have these homes exact location) but other homes in Citrus County appear to be in Flood Zone A (i.e. a high risk 100 year flood zone so >=1% chance of flooding any given year).
Thank you for your feedback and suggestion. You're absolutely right; providing information about flood zones is a crucial part of the home-buying process, especially for non-experts. While we can't always include specific details about flood zones in our video descriptions due to the individual nature of each property, we always recommend that potential buyers inquire about this information during the home-buying process. You've already taken a proactive step by checking the FEMA website for general flood zone information in the area. If you're interested in a specific property, I recommend reaching out to us directly, and we can work with you to obtain the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding flood zones, if available. This will help you make an informed decision about the property's suitability for your needs and potential insurance considerations. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate your interest in making well-informed choices when it comes to purchasing a home. If you have any questions about a particular property or need assistance with any other aspect of the home-buying process, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to assist you in any way we can.
It would be great if they didn't build the houses too close together. It's not a big city and the beauty of the suburbs is not having to live so close to each other.
Thanks for watching, this video features homes built by 3 different builders. All being sold privately through agents and the builder wasn't disclosed.
3 different builders in this video, the new construction homes are agent owned, and they didn’t disclose who the builders are. I’d be happy to have a chat about builders in the area and help you out. RyanFFowler@gmail.com or 407-587-5294
The half million dollar house was very nice but with an HOA and nature is about to bury it. I don't know why pay HOA if there's properties looking like that.
Fantastic Video, Ryan. The first house looks like a steal for the price they are asking!
Couldn't agree more!

That home is still available, and has since had the lawn and pool serviced. It is looking great now.
Just as advice. Don’t move the camera too fast. I got sick watching video
Thanks for the feedback, thanks for watching
Where exactly in Tampa are these homes?
Thanks for watching, they're not in Tampa, they're north of Tampa in Citrus County.
@@ryanfowlerFL How far from Tampa? How far from Orlando? How far from beaches
How far from civilization?
Slow down …saw nothing…
