    I like house 1 landscape. I love house 2 . House 3 is a gut job

    I like houses 1 & 2 also. Too bad #2 already didn't have a pool in. #3 needs to come down $200,000 in my opinion because I'd spend that much fixing the house up. Those carpets definitely need to go! LOL We spent $140,000 on ours to remodel and it's not quite as big so I don't think I'm far off 😊. Thanks Ryan!

    Third house is way over priced. Needs a complete overhaul. everything looks like the original

    Are these Van der Valk houses? Because they are lying, deceitful builders. Hope you don't associate with them Ryan.

      The only new home in this video is a spec home not being sold by a builder. Builder wasn't disclosed in the listing information. I'm not familiar with Van Der Valk but I've heard the name before. Someone else said they were sketchy as well!
