All that engineering plus it just looks completely unique. This would be a big hit in testing at a Tactical Games regional event 👌.

Ive had a chance to experience multiple carry type guns from David. They are incredible.

For me this would be a hard sell for 5k, especially since it puts you in open minor with a Glock trigger. It’s looks nice but for that price you can get so much more gun ie. atlas, phoenix trinity, masterpiece arms, any of the cz competition guns, the dwx, staccato, I mean the list goes on. Just seems like a well fit all metal Glock to me but that’s just my opinion and I’ve never been accused of being smart 😂 🤷‍♂️

Idk the guy making this video here commented saying it's arguably softer than a Staccato XC lol. Probably more than adequate for 3 gun open possibly even ideal being that the XC is such a popular choice. U wouldn't necessarily be limited to minor either, a completely stock Glock will still go 2-3k rounds of major lol. This is a completely metal gun with a beefed up slide, it would be able to take a little abuse as far as PF goes
If it shoots as soft as an XC it's as good as anything that's not a purpose built open pistol. Certainly shits on CZs.
U have this idea in ur head that Glock != High end. End of day guns shoot flat because of mechanical advantages. This thing is a big heavy chunk of steel, with a very effective compensator. And they reworked the tolerances. Those DC9R are just as mechanically accurate as a 2011. There's no reason you are immediately writing this off despite having never touched one besides intense personal bias

Its definitely an interesting gun and he took his time with the design and engineering side of it. I guess if you're a Glock guy at heart, this is your gun to compete with.

I'm shocked that these aren't everywhere... I think folks think they're just a souped up Glock vs a standalone gun that uses some similar characteristics.

The price is why its not everywhere. 5k is Nighthawk, Atlas and Staccato XC money. 1 out 1000 people choosing this over one of those.
