Secrets out! Instead of radiator hose, you can use braided vinyl hose from home depot or lowes. Do the same on my scooters/mopeds.

What main jet you have in that pwk28?
Big 28 👊🏾 , and I was worried about my 26mm . I’m surprise he didn’t pour the intake and exhaust . Port match up with some copper gaskets . I’m very impressed
How's your 26mm been? Would u recommend it on a stock predator with jus a governor and oil sensor delete?
@@scoopsf I run a 24 nibbi round slide still getting the jetting right I mean theres zero bog the plug is just sooty so it's still fat seems to love a ton of pilot jet. Anyone else run 24mm nibbis or PE24 kiehin basically the same I have both. I've ridden a kart stock predator with just major head work to make it 12.5 to 1 compression and billet rod, it doesnt have as much down low but up top it pulls hard. The 24 to me still makes it real snappy and still pulls as hard as the 26 up top since your limited by the head and cam. You only can go so big. I actually used to put smaller carbs on mod pit bike builds even my own bike to give it more bottom and tone it down some to make it more ride able. I'm currently basically sea level "north east" running 50 pilot and a 130 main.
What do all those pink hose do? Is the top one fuel?
Check out an Inverted 22mm Intake you will solve the breaking problem it will also help you with a blow threw set up since it faces wind take you a smog pump boost it
You got stock valve springs on there?
Tune that carb and you can take off faster about 2x and have a higher top speed adjust the needle and switch jets until you find the right one and play with the air/fuel mix. You should be able to come off the line at a higher rpm and it not bog down but wind up I use that same carb they good and a good price adjust the carb and pick up about 15mph

Yo got a 30mm a few months back and some one told me to jet it down for my 224.
It’s got a 38 pilot and a 115 jet. Should I go back to stock? (35 pilot 125 jet)

I run a mikuni. When you do that you lose compression.
Mine does nothing but surge no matter what jet or tune bro i started 1 jet at a time and still nothing, theres no leaks and idk what to do if it won't even idle

Looks awesome but you need a filter and then re-jet the carb. That carb can suck in a lot of dirt!

You could have used that blue manifold without cutting it ,Tim from small engine cams sells the boot for the pwk28 and 30 carb for 15 $ bolts right on to any manifold 😀

Would I be able to use this carb on a pred 212 with no porting? I got 26lb springs, flywheel, rod and a vm22 round slide. I wanna get this but not sure if it will work
I got a 212 with 22 lb valve springs, billet flywheel, billet rod, flat top piston, and I run a 26mm pwk without porting

did you have to change the jets out? which main jet did you end up with. Just put a pe26 on a ghost with some mild intake porting and the flat side adapter port matched. About to put the arc flywheel on tomorrow.

If you from Cali run a 120 main jet and pilot jet 35 for stock engine but if you built put a 130 main jet or 135 and put a 35 pilot jet

i put my pwk 28 on and the second i pull the string it revs all the way up, i put a smaller jet and that still didnt help, tried to tweak it a little still didnt help, what should i do?

What’s the point of a 28mm carb for stock 24mm valves? I get it if you put bigger valves in but if your running stock size valves you shouldn’t need anything more than a 24mm carb. Sweet build still
The specs of a carb goes by the cc of the engine for 150cc to 200cc 26mm carb is for those ccs alot of individuals has the wrong carb on there bike a 24mm carb is for a 140cc to 150cc engine

@Elevate don’t use choke just cover carb with your hand it works better
Sorry young boss but your gonna have to upgrade that head while using a 28mm it's not a good idea to use a weenie pipe with that 28mm. Use at least a inch in a quarter inlet.
I got a stock block with a ported head and valve springs with a 28mm runs fine tops out at 63
