Exdeath was a hard to use character, when people master him though he became S tier. When you master the warp potential etc.. I can see this character reaching high in the tiers.
Brian Brown he is kind of OP alongside Vaan who are both very easy to use and can cause massive damage but could be likely people complaining were using assassins so shouldn't be going after him in the first place. Cloud never caused me problems cos I use Firion (also complained about lol) but there were was a lot of whining and complaints about him being OP and needing nerfs in beta which might happen with Noctis if he's as good as these videos make him look.
k edgar honestly I see assassins having the advantage since they're faster as long as they're strategic they should be fine, but then again I haven't played the game yet so what do I know lol
Brian Brown Oh no assassin are weak to vanguard lol so they shouldn't go after the likes of Cloud he's slow but with his super armor (so he can pass through their attacks with not much damage) and high damage he has a bigger advantage. Noct looks like one of the better assassins for fighting a vanguard though. It goes vanguard weak to marksman, assassin weak to vanguard, marksman weak to assassin then unique is dependent on the character. Against their own type they can hold their own too (Firion is good for keeping Cloud away). It's really important to know your class types and characters strength and weaknesses and this is also why balanced teams are important too so that the marksman can keep that Cloud off your back if you're playing an assassin etc. A team of 3 of the same type can still win but it's not advised.

A little bit disappointed by his moveset.... He doesn't even use the Royal Arms directly... I would love to see him use the shuriken or the katana for example! It would have been nice if the Royal Arms could replace his current weapon : Sword of the Father -> Engine Blade Katana of the Warrior -> Warp/Warp Strike Trident of the Oracle -> Spear Star of the Rogue -> Dagger (Dash Ground) Swords of the Wanderer -> Dagger (Dash Aerial) Sword of the Tall -> Greatsword Mace of the Fierce -> Heavy Impact Blade of the Mystic -> Add magic projectiles while using Warp. Too bad that he doesn't use any magic spell :(.

Not really. It is HARD to warp next to the enemy since mostly all the enemy is always moving and the battle is very chaotic. His warp ability is inferior compared to Kain jump. Plus Admiger only active when your HP is
Noctis Lucis Caelum nah, you're downplaying his warps dude, they're perfect to mess with someone while they're attackong and can be used to extend your dash when you run out while chasing an opponent. His armigger isn't the best gimick, so I wouldn't care much about it. Noctis is just an overall good character when you really want to get into the team's defences. Given the right team comp, he would slaughter everyone. I bet there will be a lot of tidus - noctis - x teams.
Eh, he's not too bad, but servers are infested with Warp Meteor spammers because it causes you to lock off from Noctis, making it more difficult to dodge

Haven´t played 15 yet, so don´t know how the spell is, but... when talking about a Death attack implemented on Dissidia NT, Sephi´s Heartless Angel comes to mind. An HP attack that puts the target into a Condemn status and breaks their bravery after a while. While Sephi´s is a melee attack, if Noctis' is a spell, simply give it some range. What do you think?
the death spell in 15 is a ray which siphons life from the enemy; small the target the faster the spell finish. so the death melee attack like sephi's wouldnt work; as its not exactly like ingame. true, mid range ray that siphons bravery sounds nice. but that wouldnt fit with noctis play style.
Gallant Blade for bravery atks it’s directional; however it’s pre-set and can’t be change. Hp atks can be change; but u can only choose one. If you watch any dissidia nt gameplay. bringing back the old dissidia control scheme; would make the game more chaotic than it needs to be.

Despite Noctis (technically) being able to use Magic, I like how they just made him into a completely pure DPS Assassin character. Yes, Noctis, his warping and his weapons are definitely the key features of XV's gameplay.

Is it just me or should Noctis have a passive that charges his Warp skill faster when you land attacks? I mean his Engine Blade and Drain Lance etc are built to absorb elemental energy from enemies he takes down and since there is no elemency in dissidia maybe they should incorporate that into charging Warp instead. Plus waiting like a minute or 2 for one stack of Warp is pretty long seeing that Warp does nothing for you if you cant connect a skill after using it.
What are his hard counters? Like if I want to do nothing but just shut down and ruin the player's experience non stop all game even if it makes me lose who should I play?

From what I see , Both Bartz and Noctis is Marksman killer , Firion is weak to Marksman because of their long range capability. On the other hand , Bartz is weak to Assassin , Garland and Vaan. The question is , how good is Noct against another Assassin , Marksman , Specialist or even Vanguard ?
With Firion being assassin killer and also good against other vanguards (best one for keeping Cloud away) the team would be kind of balanced which is something at least but from videos of Noct he looks like he could be a marksman's nightmare and one of the better assassins for dealing with vanguards due to some super armor moves. I think Firion and Noct could work well together (not much experience with Bartz so can't say with him) such as if Firion can hold opponents with his combos and then Noct uses his warps. Hopefully videos with this team might surface there's videos of Noct with Bartz or with Firion but not all 3 together.
His HP attacks seem very samey. I wish he had some more distinct ones, like using machinery like Gravity Well or maybe some spells from the Ring of the Lucii.
Man, they have set him up to be dynamite! All that priority (his projectile ignores all others, he can warp away from HP and BRV attacks alike) and range in his attacks with those excellent HP attacks.. the lower damage levels were a nice attempt to balance/justify all that, lol.
Man I'm really disappointed by the his Armingar It only a small damage buff and noting more unlike Shantotto and Golbez who's bravery attacks changes depending on which form they're in

A straight forward combo, a straight forward lunge, and a straight forward smash attack. Copy paste them to his aerial combat and they're done. All those weapons he got and this is it? Pretty boring if you ask me.

That kindna getting remedy by his critical warp doesn't it? it reward player with shorter cooldown if they can chain their warp with attack.
