His HP attacks are very good compared to most of the cast, especially in terms of variety.
This character as a whole feels complete, kinda makes other characters feel lackluster.
Ironic considering the game he came from
A good sign from the devs of them stopping making updates.
It helps that he has a very well-defined powerset to work off of.

Probably the best dlc character so far. Ardyn is an absolute powerhouse. What I love is that while being extremely strong, he also has great mobility for a heavy character. His back dash attack is also severely op and his shadow dash special makes him nearly invincible. A lot of soul went into this character and was well worth the money, and De Paul returning to voice him just seals the deal

Hey, T-S! Been following your Dissidia NT coverage from well before I even had the game since your guides were the best look I had at the characters as they were announced. Thanks for all the hard work keeping us up to date over the years.
Just wanted to chime in on the new style for these moveset videos: I wholeheartedly approve! Using your own footage makes them look a lot cleaner and it makes the strengths and shortcomings of the moves a lot more apparent when you take the time to demonstrate them like you do. I'd be all for the trend continuing with any future DLC or Character V2 videos.
Ultimately your call. But whatever you do, keep up the good work!

Truee. Dissidia NT character rosters and Models are a masterpiece, too bad they did this game dirty. Hopefully the next dissidia can apply the pros from this game and improve the cons so, we can ge the best dissidia game ever made. Also they did my boi gilgamesh dirty. bruh atleast release him, before you end this game career forever
I wish royal retribution HP attack was the original version in episode ardyn where he impales his opponents with his armiger by throwing them in a beeline that move was so badass in his dlc but that version is ok too.
Maybe when we get 5th HP attacks.

What are recomanded ex skills now? I know that it depends for character but I have some problems with choosing and need opinion.
Whenever Trueblade seeker uploads stuff, i feel compelled to buy these characters and costumes. I blame trueblade for my poverty 😂🤣😂🤣
And then it's the fact that if you don't buy any dlc content you'll feel the game will be incomplete with out them 😭

@@newfacepaula Don't you mean the Arcade and not NT? And are you sure about Caius? Last time I checked, he was in the mobile Dissidia game. I assume they like him enough to choose him over the pope guy from the first XIII.
@@georgehouliaras7239 His one and only appearance outside the XIIlogy. He only got in because he was used as a plot device for the XIII crew to return them their memories. Until his character event he won't reappear again on the story mode, and his next appearance after that he is on A2C11 and he gets trashed by Ardyn.
Square only likes to uses Cid Raines as the XIII villain outside the XIII-logy. There have been only three exceptions to that decision:
- In the collab with Puzzles & Dragons the XIII villain was Orphan.
- In NT the XIII villain is Snow.
- In OO the XIII villain is Caius.
I'd bet on Noel as the 3rd 13 rep. Japan hates Caius, and Cid doesn't have much going for him gameplay wise. At least nothing that wouldn't just be Snow 2.0. Noel is relatively popular in Japan, and already has potential alternative outfits and weapons.
I'm curious, how is the arcade version doing? Because game keeps getting content and I want to try it out but im afraid ps4 is going to be ded.
It's going alive and strong as far as we know. We still don't have anything major though just new characters and costumes.

@@Solbrave00 I'd say Ultima outranks him what with being the final boss and true threat. Even without Ultima I'd say Weigraf or even Folmarv would be more fitting. Delita is simply not prominent enough even if he does come out ontop.

i was kinda hoping for Ravus to be the antagonist representative of FF15 but then again having Ravus would be just a freaking Snow, Tidus & Garland hybrid.
