    Thanks so much for this tip! I had trouble removing white residue(i think its from the cornstarch I use to prevent the clay from sticking to the cutter) but not from acetone. Decided to try anyway and it worked! No more white residue, just shiny smooth clay :D

    Hi! Love your videos and got all my polishing / cleaning supplies mentioned but just a little confused by the order..so after baking, is the next step buffing with the dremel or sanding with the sandpaper? Or is it the other way around then cleaning, polishing etc.. Thank you in advance!!

    Thank you for the great tips! I would love to see a video on how to lift your earring from your tile/workspace without it distorting--I have tried everything and so many earrings have had to be tossed! Also, how to get clean backs that don't look all cute in the front, turn them around and you've been catfished LOL HELP!!!! My launch is in January and I want to have all these important kinks worked out... Fingers crossed!

    Glad I found your video, I had white residue on polymer clay and after much research, I could not find how to remove it. What oil is lightweight? Can you use that oil before curing your polymer?

    Hi I don't have cleansing balm or caster oil can I just use Vaseline after scrubbing it with a tooth brush?
    Could I use Baby oil after scrubbing it with the toothbrush and soap instead?

    I've just found your channel, I discovered polymer clay back in 2014 and it was the only thing I thought throughout the day, sitting down, creating things with my hands and then giving them away. I created some jewelry but no one really bought it. I still got a lot of fimo packages but don't have time to work on them anymore, even though I've seen a lot of earrings and stuff just like yours on pinterest and would love to create my own. Do you think that 5 year old clay would be usable? What can I do not to throw it away?

      I found the one that she used in the video, it is called oat cleansing balm by the inky List brand. You can find it in Sephora. ☺️

    I have a question about the order of things. Do you do the steps to clean the white residue (with soap & toothbrush) after cleaning w/ acetone and before the polishing step? or after polishing?

    Your jewelry is so smooth and nice looking! When I put on a pair of the earrings I made, they fit funny on my ear. How do you put the hooks and jump rings on to make sure that your design is facing out and not toward your neck?

    So it’s better to use the acetone and alcohol after baking? I’ve done it on raw clay but you have to mix it equally to avoid it eating the clay. Also is it weird to assemble the jewelry to see how it looks then disassemble it to finish it to make sure I like the the jump rings I’m using?
