      @@primalena8634 autistic people lack mirror neurons, i think antisocials do to? This makes empathy in the moment harder, because i can only feel with you if i actually realize that you are feeling smth 😂 but generally we do feel empathy, in some cases (like mine) we are actually way way too empathetic but idk other autistic ppl may struggle with empathy i can't speak for everyone :) i wouldn't know that we struggle with remorse, although if i break a rule knowingly and willingly because that stupid rule doesnt make any sense then i sure wont feel remorse for breaking said rule ^^ so yes we definitely have some common ground and we share the most important thing in common: we are all humans :)

      @primalena8634 3 года назад +1

      @@hashtagmate Hmmn. That's interesting. I have not heard about the issue with mirror neurons, so I do not know if that is the same in ASPD. I should think not-at least in most cases. The antisocial tend to be good at reading emotion in others. They just often cannot empathize-or they can to a limited degree. It sounds like what you're saying is that the lack of mirror neurons in the autistic makes it difficult for them to understand what others are feeling in order to empathize, but that if they understand what you are feeling, they may be able to relate in that way. I can see why reading body language would be especially useful for you then. I did not think that the autistic tend to have trouble with remorse. Did I write that? If so, sorry, it was an error. I have been writing on ASPD quite a bit recently, for various reasons, so I may have just gone on auto and added that symptom. Learning what is more standard in body language helps me to emulate, physically, a more natural expression of emotion, as I, due to the ASPD, have thought-to-emotion connectivity issues. That occurs in Limbic System, but I do not believe the exact neurological causes or distinctions have been found in our case. I tend to study it more from a psychological standpoint.

      Watch out the non-verbal communication Nazis are out in force. Your not allowed to discuss any aspect of... well... anything, unless its non-verbal communication. BTW how are your petunias doing this year?
      In any case, I agree with all of your above observations and fell appaled at her ' cheap and disposable' attitude to the suffering and replacement of children.
      With regard to the false bravado about her 'knoble and responsible' act of delivering those kids to the hospital, and how incriminating it would be to do so, yet the fact she did is now being spun by her as a defence, that if you were guilty you wouldn't do it.
      That's trying to have it both ways and if she were right that its a worthy point of counter incrimination, then we might just as well say we'd expect a guilty party to do it, for the reasons she gave that it aught to aswage suspicion.
      Finally to the risk of saving the lives of a child who might later give incriminating testimony and so why risk that. I think she knows as do we all, that it would be FAR more incriminating if she'd tried to avoid getting help and not made a pretence at trying to rescue them. Far more suspicious, is why the anonymous killer make much more effort to kill those children, and leave their adult parent if good enough health to drive away. What motive and what strategy satisfies that scenario?

      As example: ever wonder why is Alcohol called "Spirits"?? It's because it is also an Extracting Substance. Which causes the human spirit (ie: conscience/consciousness/awareness) to leave the body and remain tethered outside the body during consumption, while the lingering demonic spirits - Lust, Anger, Violence, etc - will "hang out" nearby looking for an way to fill up that empty space and go for a "Joyride" when the person is intoxicated, or "under the influence")
      There's no doubt in my mind this woman became possessed by demonic spirits at some point in her life. (and filled w/murderous, hateful & violent spirits to name a few)..
      But the good news is that even though demons try to step in and destroy lives thru moments of brokenness or weakness/pain - there is also hope and another way by allowing Jesus and the Holy Spirit (also called the "Comforter & Messenger of Truth) to step in so people can heal and be given Power to overcome whatever they're going through!

    the whole first clip of her telling the story is like someone badly reading from a script. it’s so spooky.
    no facial expressions. maybe that’s just how she looks tho.
    Talking about blood coming out of her daughter’s mouth while laughing/smiling.
    “When I go to bed I cry at night” while smiling
    “That hurts me the most” and immediately cracks a smile.

  • @mamawray
    @mamawray 3 года назад +322

    She talks way, way too much. Too much detail in her recollection. Justifying her choices before anyone asked. Never looking away to recall, but keeping her eyes on her interviewer. The way she smiles @ 6:27 when she's looking right at the interviewer and says, "When I go to bed, I cry at night. I still cry at night." There's an obvious head shake when she says it and the smile could be "deceiver's delight" (?) . Certainly she does seem delighted to be having this conversation. From her expression you'd think she was making some clever banter at a cocktail party. And when she's done talking and she after a pause she smiles again, as if she can't help herself she's so pleased with her answer...
    And she keeps bringing up all of these extraneous bizarre points: "we liked taking roads we didn't know"... "trapped by society"... "I feigned throwing away the keys". And complaining about her hand when she watched her kids die right in front of her...
    And the look on her face when she describes her daughter bleeding. Her eyebrows are lifted like she recalling something sort of marvelous, instead of horrifying.
    My conclusion: she shot her kids, and brought them to the hospital when they were nearly dead or already dead, to create some reasonable doubt that she was the perpetrator. As for motive: I think she's a psychopath and a narcissist and did it for attention. I think she wants people to think that she's smart and interesting, hence all of that nonsense about being trapped by society and the condescending way she dismisses the state's points about blood spatter patterns. Nonverbally @ 6:10, she shakes her head and sighs in a gesture that (to me) reads: "These idiot prosecutors I'm forced to deal with! I am so much smarter than they are."

But after killing them, the man still wasn´t very enthusiastic with her as she would expected. There are many letters she wrote to him and all of them show her obsession. I don´t know exactly why she got pregnant again (not for the reason she says, she is a pathological liar, I mean, the real reason, I don´t know). But there is a movie about her and in the movie they show her having sex with a man she recently met and she got pregnant of him and he only wanted sex with her, nothing more.

    Bless sweet Christie, for standing up against her mother in court, and helping to get justice for her and her siblings. 💗
    Much of the case against her rested on the testimony of her surviving daughter, Christie, who, once she recovered her ability to speak, described how her mother shot all three children while parked at the side of the road and then shot herself in the arm.

So, I, too, have a great interest in body language, micro-expressions, etc. I have a fascination with the "normal" range of emotion, and its expression. Also the abnormal. If you did not know, the antisocial share certain features with those in the autistic spectrum-mainly in problems with intimacy in relationships, the translation of thought to emotion (mostly done by the Diencephalon and Limbic System), and...if I recall, you guys also have trouble with empathy. Yes? Remorse? Not sure on that. Either way, some similar features, and we were drawn here for, basically, the same reasons. Have you ever checked out reaction videos on here? The grotesque manner in which she describes her children's condition after being shot, especially the daughter, is unnerving, horrible, and suspicious to say the least. It's a mix of _no emotion_ with a sense of *pride* at the same time? If that makes sense. Also her saying how _easy_ it is to conceive more children while talking about her *DEAD CHILDREN* is disgusting and shows the lack of attachment and love she had for them. Almost like her children and/or children are more so like an accessory to her not individual human beings. No matter how many times i see her interviews i shudder and can't believe how *_psychopathic_* this lady is.

    The "inappropriate" smiling or laughing is certainly a recognized coping mechanism. I, myself grew up in a way that would make even a heartless person tear up a bit but NOW I am a very successful comic because I have always used laughter as a way to hide behind ♥ the real pain. Laughter is the language of the soul. It is truly healing. Our souls know this;which is why it is so available.
