I agree, bunnies shouldn't be expected to play with predators. We thought it would be cute to let our 5 pound lionhead guy play with my sisters tiny 2 pound dorky puppy. She chased him and it scared him. He was nervous for a couple of days afterwards and she didn't even try to bite him. Definitely not worth risking. We will certainly remain an only bunny home as long as we have bunnies. Any cuteness is not worth stressing your bunny out or risking serious harm.
While I do agree that rabbits shouldn’t be left alone with predator animals, how they act really depends on how the rabbit responds. While one rabbit is easily scared by dogs and cats, another could not care less :)! Can confirm, since my family owned a few rabbits throughout the years, and while one wasn’t a fan of their many dogs, the others actively bullied and played with the other dogs smh lol
I'm very iffy about the cats we have in the household, most are good to just walk away when my fluffy goes up to sniff them, others want to "play" but I just refuse to leave him unattended when they're around because I don't fully trust them around the fluffball

I actually saw those bunnies during my trip to Cannon Beach earlier this year! I was very concerned at first that maybe someone’s bunny had escaped, and I was about to go searching for the owner until my brother pointed out that the house next door had about 6 more bunnies. It was just on the other side of the fence, and I noticed that they didn’t keep them in any sort of enclosure, nor did I see any food or water put out for them. We noticed them all around Cannon Beach. I suspect someone probably dumped bunnies, they started breeding, and now they have an overpopulation issue. It hurt me so much that we had to drive away and I couldn’t do anything about it. Those are OBVIOUSLY not wild bunnies.

These TikToks went from super cute & cool to mad annoying. The swimming, tiger cub & the freaking annoying breeder smh. I adopted Berry when he was a couple months old from a lady who clearly was trying to breed rabbits. He was clearly stressed & fought the other male rabbits (freaking 6 others) whenever he was near them so they didn’t want him anymore. I went to pick him up & they lady kept putting him on her shoulder like a freaking bird saying it’s okay. She wanted me to do it but no. I adopted him for $60. Didn’t know rabbits lived for so long when I did but here we are nearly 4 yrs later. Love that dude. Also that rabbit that freaking travels lives a better life than me 😂

I have this stroller for bunnies that could fit like 4 bunnies inside and it has like cup holders and stuff and a place to put their food and some compartments for store stuff in the stroller and it costed over 200 dollars but it was worth it! 😅

Hi! I wouldn’t use sand or dirt because rabbits have very sensitive respiratory systems. When they dig all the sand and dirt particles will go in the air and in their noses. Not very safe because it can lead to infection. What I use with my two rabbits is I use shredded paper and put some treats in the box. They’ll dig, get treats, and have lots of fun! Hope this helps! 🥰

I just want to say I watched this video with my new addopted bun snuggled up under my neck and he just started chatting . He's spent his whole first year living in a cat carrier outside and because of the stuff I learned from you he's now free roming and honestly I think he might be doing way to many binkes ! My bunny Luna and I were like best friends and I was the only one in my family that could actually hold he correctly without actually getting scratched by her 😂 We WERENT always best friends until I started watching ur videos. how u would use their droppings to help grow plants and how to make tunnels for them. Me and her were best friends for so long and I loved her with all my heart. Sadly, she passed away a couple days ago. I thank you so much for your help and all your tips to help love your bunny. The white lop running is Blanco Bun a very loved house rabbit who does have a lovely little bonded bunn friend named Bollo. The bunns parents are wranglers who help to catch dumped and abandoned rabbits in Southern Ontario Canada. They also try to educate about domestic rabbits and wild rabbit differences.

I’m scared of typing in “rabbits” on tiktok by myself because last time I did (in want of cute wholesome content) a video popped up of someone throwing a live rabbit into a reptile cage and it got attacked by a giant snake :( (there was a TINY cw at the bottom of the video but there was no time to notice it before the video already played out before you, I have no idea how they thought that would help)

Hi Lorelei! I just wanted to let you know that the cannon beach bunnies are domestic breeds, and they were released in the 80's, and have continued breeding since. However, there are adoption programs to help them and the ones which aren't caught are still treated wonderfully by residents and fed proper food!
yes, in cannon beach oregon there is a lot of bunnies that are domesticated but are in the wild, and were i live its a really big problem. when i go to the river and there are some forest-y areas there are always bunnines that are domesticated but are rooming around looking for food.

I live in Oregon, Canon Beach is already a super touristy spot, but you honestly don't usually see the feral bunnies out when the tourists are there. I think they hide away when it's busy, so thankfully people know about the bunnies but don't really come there for it. I think most of us go there for the beach during the summer to escape the heat (since it really only gets to the 80s there) and for Bruce's Candy Kitchen 😂
Ok, so not to be a Karen. But the first one… she says it’s cute, and yeah! Ofc it is! But, that poor bunny has to be stuck there ALL day and you can just tell the bunny is getting aggravated… like it’s neck probably hurts so bad! And when do they take breaks to feed the poor baby? Like, I’m sure they do, but I would NOT like sitting there and giving things to random people. Honestly, I’m surprised she didn’t say anything about it.
OK CLEARLY this is an Oregon issue!!!!! We are in La Pine 45 mins from Bend and Cannon Beach is over 200 miles from me. Our bunny showed up cold and starving he was clearly a domestic rabbit, not wild. We had 5 running around but unfortunately we were only able to catch 1. He is now a house bunny and in the spring we will take him out with a harness. I don’t find this cute or funny that assholes start breeding and just release them in the wild. So many people in this world are just so cruel to animals…and children!

One warning, If rabbits go into water they can die. Since their skin in cold (even though theyre warm) The water will freeze on the rabbit. Trust me, My rabbit Yuni, She died because she went into our backyard pool since she was playing out :(
Bro wtf those baby tigers were *clearly* hunting the rabbits. Like they were getting more and more excited, and not in a fun playful way at all. If that rabbit stopped protecting itself by jumping in their faces and instead ran away, they would have literally killed that rabbit, with or without meaning to. Nothing about that was cute. Thinking of getting a new bunny. I’m a teen and live obviously with my parents. Ive been thinking of getting a bunny for so long but my parents said they were going to extend my room since i have a very tiny room. Ive had a ferret and a few bunnies before and I’ve wanted to keep my new bunny closer. For all of my other animals i have kept them in a closet. Their cage is was in the closet which i never liked because i was scared they would feel alone as i had them one at a time. Basically what I’m saying is that we have two cages one for ferrets and one that i found better for bunnies. I had my first ferret for my friend because something had happened and they could no keep the ferret while they sorted everything. Then they took their ferret back once they could (they lost all of the ferrets stuff including cage and feed so it couldn’t stay) and that ferret has sadly now passed. Next I had a bunny that we were going t keep or at least we were going to but one day i came home and my parents got rid of him. I had a foster bunny and it found a home. And now i want to get a bunny for myself that ill keep for sure. As I think i said I’m waiting for my room to be extended so they can build a closet for me and an open clear and wood thing for my future bunny. Hopefully it works out and ill have my room extended in 1-3 years. It’s those years because we got a puppy in may and i want to have him to grow up enough so I’m comfortable about having my bunny free range upstairs without worrying and my dog coming upstairs and hurting my bunny. This probably sounds confusing but i wanted to share. Sorry if my sentences dont have nice uppercases, periods etc.. I’m on a new iPad with a case that has something you can type with and its hard to use because I’m not used to it
Sighs u should only resort to full baths in bad situations, and bum washes should be the norm.. to that point, if it's hot give them a nice fat water bowl and if they want to they will play in the water/use that for grooming. U should never force ur buns into water. It's not fun for them. And u put them at risk for pneumonia.

Hey I just wanted to say I found your channel a few weeks ago , about 6 weeks . I just want to say I watched this video with my new addopted bun snuggled up under my neck and he just started chatting . He's spent his whole first year living in a cat carrier outside and because of the stuff I learned from you he's now free roming and honestly I think he might be doing way to many binkes !

Hi Lorelei, I’ve been watching your Chanel since I was like 7! My bunny Luna and I were like best friends and I was the only one in my family that could actually hold he correctly without actually getting scratched by her 😂 We WERENT always best friends until I started watching ur videos. how u would use their droppings to help grow plants and how to make tunnels for them. Me and her were best friends for so long and I loved her with all my heart. Sadly, she passed away a couple days ago. I thank you so much for your help and all your tips to help love your bunny. Even though she passed I still enjoy watching ur videos bc I would always watch them with her. Again, I thank you for all your tips bc your teaching people how to care for there bunny’s. You are actually the only way I convinced my mom to make my my bunny free roamed 😂 if it wasn’t for u my mom would’ve still be taking her showers 😂 But I thank u for ur words and for all ur helpful videos.

The white lop running is Blanco Bun a very loved house rabbit who does have a lovely little bonded bunn friend named Bollo. The bunns parents are wranglers who help to catch dumped and abandoned rabbits in Southern Ontario Canada. They also try to educate about domestic rabbits and wild rabbit differences.

I’m scared of typing in “rabbits” on tiktok by myself because last time I did (in want of cute wholesome content) a video popped up of someone throwing a live rabbit into a reptile cage and it got attacked by a giant snake :( (there was a TINY cw at the bottom of the video but there was no time to notice it before the video already played out before you, I have no idea how they thought that would help)

They sometimes just do that for fun, they do like to dig around and will burrow if they are outside (one of many reasons not to keep bunnies in your backyard)

Hi Lorelei! I just wanted to let you know that the cannon beach bunnies are domestic breeds, and they were released in the 80's, and have continued breeding since. However, there are adoption programs to help them and the ones which aren't caught are still treated wonderfully by residents and fed proper food!

yes, in cannon beach oregon there is a lot of bunnies that are domesticated but are in the wild, and were i live its a really big problem. when i go to the river and there are some forest-y areas there are always bunnines that are domesticated but are rooming around looking for food.

I live in Oregon, Canon Beach is already a super touristy spot, but you honestly don't usually see the feral bunnies out when the tourists are there. I think they hide away when it's busy, so thankfully people know about the bunnies but don't really come there for it. I think most of us go there for the beach during the summer to escape the heat (since it really only gets to the 80s there) and for Bruce's Candy Kitchen 😂

PLEASE DO NOT PULL YOUR RABBIT’S TAILS FOLKS. The tails are connected to the spine and pulling too hard can cause posture issues.
Nothing’s wrong with pulling lightly. As long as you arent violently yanking it or holding your bunny by the tail your bun should be just fine :)
Ok, so not to be a Karen. But the first one… she says it’s cute, and yeah! Ofc it is! But, that poor bunny has to be stuck there ALL day and you can just tell the bunny is getting aggravated… like it’s neck probably hurts so bad! And when do they take breaks to feed the poor baby? Like, I’m sure they do, but I would NOT like sitting there and giving things to random people. Honestly, I’m surprised she didn’t say anything about it.
OK CLEARLY this is an Oregon issue!!!!! We are in La Pine 45 mins from Bend and Cannon Beach is over 200 miles from me. Our bunny showed up cold and starving he was clearly a domestic rabbit, not wild. We had 5 running around but unfortunately we were only able to catch 1. He is now a house bunny and in the spring we will take him out with a harness. I don’t find this cute or funny that assholes start breeding and just release them in the wild. So many people in this world are just so cruel to animals…and children!

Bro wtf those baby tigers were *clearly* hunting the rabbits. Like they were getting more and more excited, and not in a fun playful way at all. If that rabbit stopped protecting itself by jumping in their faces and instead ran away, they would have literally killed that rabbit, with or without meaning to. Nothing about that was cute. Most of the other tiktoks were nice though so that was relieving.

I have a bunny stroller with all terrain wheels. But of all places we go, mine love going to Walmart 😂 all I have to say is, “guys do you want to go bye bye to Walmart?” and they start doing binkies.
Thinking of getting a new bunny. I’m a teen and live obviously with my parents. Ive been thinking of getting a bunny for so long but my parents said they were going to extend my room since i have a very tiny room. Ive had a ferret and a few bunnies before and I’ve wanted to keep my new bunny closer. For all of my other animals i have kept them in a closet. Their cage is was in the closet which i never liked because i was scared they would feel alone as i had them one at a time. Basically what I’m saying is that we have two cages one for ferrets and one that i found better for bunnies. I had my first ferret for my friend because something had happened and they could no keep the ferret while they sorted everything. Then they took their ferret back once they could (they lost all of the ferrets stuff including cage and feed so it couldn’t stay) and that ferret has sadly now passed. Next I had a bunny that we were going t keep or at least we were going to but one day i came home and my parents got rid of him. I had a foster bunny and it found a home. And now i want to get a bunny for myself that ill keep for sure. As I think i said I’m waiting for my room to be extended so they can build a closet for me and an open clear and wood thing for my future bunny. Hopefully it works out and ill have my room extended in 1-3 years. It’s those years because we got a puppy in may and i want to have him to grow up enough so I’m comfortable about having my bunny free range upstairs without worrying and my dog coming upstairs and hurting my bunny. This probably sounds confusing but i wanted to share. Sorry if my sentences dont have nice uppercases, periods etc.. I’m on a new iPad with a case that has something you can type with and its hard to use because I’m not used to it
Sighs u should only resort to full baths in bad situations, and bum washes should be the norm.. to that point, if it's hot give them a nice fat water bowl and if they want to they will play in the water/use that for grooming. U should never force ur buns into water. It's not fun for them. And u put them at risk for pneumonia.
They lady with the continental, ppl that are trying to show their length hold them stretched out.. its harsh on their backs.. normally they would get them to superman on a table. But ppl trying to get views :( my Flemish would beat up ppl if someone tried that on them.
