Yes they're the Top squad but Main characters besides Klaus and the Women that start with an L were present dont reside in their squad and they arent Arcane Yami realistically has the best Squad of anomalys even though GD is the most popular
People just don't like about how the Golden Dawn (especially Vangeance and Yuno) basically always *stealing glories* from Black Bulls (Yami and Asta). Remember when Yuno gets the MVP on elves reincarnation arc even when it's clearly Asta dealing the last hit after Yami landing a fatal blow. Also Vangeance get praised by the citizens as a hero while being the main cause of the destruction. I know it's not like they're intended to do so, but it's still annoying man. This maybe looks like off the topic, but I think this is the main reason why there's some people hating on them afterwards.
