Thank you for watching my video! I always like in when brands innovate and make things accessible to the general public. I look forward to more great releases from you guys :)
Thanks for your detailed comparison! i have sachtler but really heavy and have been on the fence for tribex, but I think i'll wait for smallrig's future model!
Great review, thanks for that. As I do not have the need to spend top dollars on a tripod, I reckon I'll get the Tribex. I have noticed they have released an orange handle version, so I believe is an updated version, have you been able to try that one & if so has it rectified some of your issues with the black handle version? Thanks Dan
Great video and glad that you found some time to do it. Now, I find the clutch system on the PJ Tribex is intriguing and could be very useful. You have done PJ Tribex a Hugh favor with your review, as they have some ideas on how to improve their product and step it up a notch. Bernard, it is always a pleasure to watch your reviews especially when we can see two Bernards for the price of one! All kidding aside, great job and thank you for sharing! 😊 Ed W. Thanks, Bernard! 🙏🏽 Curious about your experience tracking with the Fluid head. Do you noticed the micro-adjustment/jerks when the column is all the way down? On my end, from a stationary/counterbalanced position, when trying to smoothly track a subject, I have the slightest lag where the pan and tilt have to start one at a time, before I get a clean diagonal motion, like you experience when the column was raised
Yeah when using it, I find it challenging to achieve perfect movements effortlessly. With multiple takes, maybe I can pull it off, but as mentioned in the video, I get few jerks here and there even with the column down.

I am not too sure about that, but I am pretty sure it is just a design difference. I doubt it would function differently/better. Thanks for watching!
