This is the actual hookup. The only variable is the power connection. The S.Bus cord carries all of the signal information from the 3 channel receiver to the 3GX. Wild, eh?
Hi Ron I have an sbus conecction with the 3gx and I activated the throttle fail safe in the transmitter, the power of the esc align 70 is connected to the THR channel of the 3gx, but the fail safe doesn t work if for example the sbus cable is disconected. What I have to do?. The manual said that connect the bind plug to the bind port of the 3gx but here is the sbus cable at the same time.
I've got the same issue, receiver powers up fine, 3gx no response. Works fine connected with the standard reciever configuration. Futaba 14sgh w/7008 sb reciever.

the fail safe works if I shut down the transmitter but not if I disconnect the sbus cable does the 3gx has an internal fail safe?
I'm looking at this. Seems that some "SB" receivers don't work as well as others. What receiver are you using?
Are those empty spots open for anything or intentionally left open for the demonstration video. It looks like it has some "extra room."

Hello. Don't plug in the SBUS into the S/B, pug it into S.BUS2
