    Very good techniques like how he said dont drop down just turn the hips and pop the jab and fire the cross to the body very effective specially when you set up by throwing couple jab have opponent think of the jab then fire the cross to the body cause you create angle due to opppnent cover on top from the jab but leaving his body expose to counter cross to the body or knee

    Nice as always. I love these tutorials they 're very effective. That knee must hurt though
