I am using window 11, I created the file but its showing in text document format.I can't change into windows batch format Please help me to solve this issue

Does meta data also transfer to iCloud?

Currently, that’s not possible while uploading photos to iCloud through PC. I’m not sure but, I guess if you download the google photos to your iPhone and then upload it to iCloud through your iPhone, it might work.
