Poor customer service, when they advertise about their package they say's we will assign you a manager who will in touch with you on skype and work along with you throughout the process unfortunately that manager dosent even bother about attending a skype call and only reply to message as and when they want. Pooor customer service. i'm disappointed.

However if you really want to make it profitable you will go a long way after that to check every product they import, talk to suppliers and try to do branded drop shipping. After that comes Marketing, I would say they are good at what they offer, but in the end its all up to you to make it work by doing Facebook Ads, Instagram promotion trial and error.

For custom store, numbers of products are 50-200. What happen if i import some more product and exceed 200?
