Salam Alaikum sir, yet another interesting review! Sir if I had to ask you to pick this or Armaf Blue Iconic then which one would you pick?
Thanks a lot! I've tried iconic once, didn't work for me. I'm not saying that Ahmed blue is better, it's just that this is super affordable and smells okish. This is half the price of iconic, even less. For the price this is a decent uplifting kinda scent. Btw, Ive heard people say iconic is better than this. Our perceptions are subjective. Maybe you should sample both the fragrances and then pick the best one. Lemme know brother if you have any other queries, I'll be happy to help.
I purchased a blue by ahmed bottle by watching online reviews...but to my disappointment it didnt perform as expected. It doesnt project and lasts for only half an hour or so...very disappointed. Can something be done to enhance the performance...plz suggest
I didn't get the performance as well. Few hours and that's it. Not like how the other reviewers hyped it. You can try to let it mature. Sir, According to u , what is the best clone of BDC
In terms of getting 80-90 percent close, im gonna say, there is no exceptional clone. All end up being different at some point. There are numerous ones i tried, such as tag him, shogun, iconic, the alhambra one, albait bdc, even this one, nothing got me excited to be honest. These are just vibes and not the feel of the real deal. So far albait clone is close to the edt bdc. Ahmed blue is very affordable and will give you vibes of edt and edp bdc. Iconic is okish as well.
for me it does not project at all, zero performance on skin and clothes. no one around me can smell the fragrance. projection drops after first 10 min.
yep this is not a good performer even on me. Smells nice but lacks the performance, but its ok, for the price i cant just scream and complain. I go with 20-30 sprays and it lasts ok, nothing great but gets the job done when i go out on a walk or casual outings. Re-apply when needed, as simple as that.

Hi, did u try lattafa najdia? How does this compare to najida in terms of performance and the crowd pleasing factor?
yep I tried najdia and personally I dont like the smell, especially the invictus dna. Ahmed blue is no way similar to najdia, but in terms of performance both are kinda in the same zone, najdia might edge past blue by a fraction. Ahmed blue is a crowd pleaser, it is refreshing and uplifting. Najdia is fruity sweet and kinda annoying at times. Just my thoughts.
How similar is this to Theoreme? Would one make the other redundant? Excellent review, by the way!
Thanks a lot! 🙂Theoreme is different because there you'll get the clove and cardamom like smell along with the freshness. In this BLUE you'll get citrusy gingery fresh opening and a sweet musky drydown. So im gonna say NOT REDUNDANT.

@@ErikErikson.5564 this is better interms of smell compared to kaaf. This one doesn't have the overdose of musk. A safe bet for sure, at least for me.

Armaf Iconic has much more character to it.. it’s dense n sparkly.. lot better than this. I have both.

@@arnabseen have you heard of Albait Aldimashqi? Probably not... because you then you wouldn't be talking so highly about armaf...
@@mirali9378 I have Albait too.. their oil concentration is too high making the perfumes headache inducing..probably smooth in the air and good sillage but not to the person wearing it. Trust me I find Armaf, Rasasi and Afnan does the best job while cloning perfumes.. projection might not be great for few but they do take care of the quality.. there is another one Maison Blue de chance though it’s good but doesn’t lasts at all.

@@fragrancebooth Ohh. I was looking for a freshie which was shower gel like with citruses and a dark touch like incense and woods, nothing too sweet, very party like fragrance. Does blue by ahmed fit the description? And if not then could you recommend any other fragrance?
@@nigelbronson im gonna suggest givenchy gentleman only, kenneth cole black and salvatore ferragamo aqua essenziale blue. These are fresh, slightly dark woody and has this incense vibe. Nothing overpowering, just the right blend.

You can search online and see if there are dealers bringing in Ahmed Al Maghribi perfumes. This is a fairly new release so not available everywhere. I think In UAE this is widely available.
After 2 months the performance can be judged
That's what i said, this one deserves to be rested and then see how it performs after 2 months.
