From various articles (vanity fair and radio times to name a few) they suggest the war is fought in Numidia, which had already been annexed by Rome centuries before, so I'm just assuming Scott pointed randomly on a part of the empire. There was a war fought with Parthia at this point under Caracalla, but there's an ocean here which makes no sense if it's considered to be Parthia.

Great video! This is kind of a nitpick, but Caracalla and Geta were co-emperors starting in 209 CE, but I think you have misspoke.
I wonder if Septimius Severus is going to make an appearance in this movie, since he was the father of Caracalla and Geta.
