I always make this delicious cinnamon apple pie icecream: 1 cup soy milk or water, 1/4 cup oats, 1 medium sized apple, 1,5-2 tsp cinnamon (to taste), 0,5 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp chiaseeds, 3 Medjoul dates. Blend and fill the Ninja pint!
Nearly the same recipe for ginger pear pie icecream: 1 cup soy milk or water, 1/4 cup oats, 1 medium sized pear, 1-2 tbs grated ginger (to taste), 1 tsp chiaseeds, 3 Medjoul dates. Blend and fill the Ninja pint!

Rice…. Turn it into the Spanish/American beverage called Horchata. Add cinnamon and vanilla. Soooo good! We had Mexican food one night and ordered a large horchata and dumped it into the pint and froze. It was icy but so good! I think it would be better with the whole rice. I could see maybe a plantain or the purple potato to thicken it as well.

Those sound really good! I never would have thought of adding chia seeds to make your icecream. Sounds like a good and healthy recipe!
Do you taste the Chia seeds in the recipe or does the apple or pear and dates cancel it out?
      Thanks for sharing!

Ami - Honey - I make thick concoctions all of the time- trick is to let tub sit on your counter for 15 minutes. Then you can blend it in Ninji and without a remix too. Also I use a tablespoon to scrape down the bump on top and make top as smooth as possible. Keep experimenting. I need those ideas to try. Will look forward to your next WFPB Vegan calorie friendly Ninji creations. ❤🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Only just found you! I'm so excited to have found someone in the UK doing wfpb videos ! I love the US and Canadian youtubers but so many of their recipes use stuff we can't get like Japanese sweet potatoes or specific things bought at American shops like Trader Joes etc. When I saw the Morrisons label on something you were using I screamed with joy!!!! Yay yay yay!!! Now to binge watch all your previous videos! ❤

I'm in the US and even I can't seem to find Japanese sweet potatoes! And there's no Trader Joe's or Whole Foods or Sprouts or Winco Foods anywhere near me. Even the supermarkets (Meijer) I do have, are usually out of stock or just simply do not carry a lot of the ingredients in a lot of these WFPB video channels. Very frustrating!

Not sure if anyone Elise has mentioned this, but Ninja Creami recommends letting the frozen mixture set on the counter at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes. It helps when you need to level the top. Plus, there is a Re-Spin button if you have to spin again. And an Add-In button for things like chocolate chips, etc.
I’m definitely trying ALL these recipes. They’re brilliant! Thank you.

I have a friend who can't eat dairy. In the 90s, she would buy something called Rice Cream (ice cream made from rice milk). At the time, I thought it was a little weird. I grew up in the Texas Panhandle (Beef country) and had never even heard the term vegan. I am definitely saving up for a nija creami and something to help me make plant milk.

@kristinej.4182 if you have a high speed/ high power blender such as a Vita Mix or Blendtec you really don't need a Ninja Creami. As you could see in Ami's video, she made that PBJ ice cream right in her blender just by using frozen berries. All you need is frozen bananas, frozen berries, etc. That's why I refuse to buy a Ninja Creami. It is redundant. I already have a Vita Mix blender and all I need is the frozen berries or bananas. Makes ice cream in seconds, compared to the Ninja. And can make more at a time.

Hello, I just came across your video. I'm thinking of mango rice cream with a dash of coconut milk. An ice cream version of Thai mango sticky rice dessert.

Thank you. I love caramel and biscoff cookies in ice cream or cake. I’d love an alternative that’s healthy. However I have a permit and banana allergy.

You can use a vegetable peeler to flatten the hump and scrape the sides with a butter knife to avoid icy sides. Also maybe leave the ice cream out a bit longer if it has very thick consistency. Great recipes as usual!!

Or leave the lids off when you freeze them - no bump.

Cantaloupe Ice cream. ! I love how creative you are. ✅👍😊😘 Happy Easter!
I’m trying to figure out what to bring to the beach for Easter. That’s where we’re going to be celebrating, on the beach with several kids.

I don’t have an ice cream maker can I just pour into a container and freeze? I know it might not be creamy 🙃

@carolhenry1170 - do you have a high speed Vita Mix or Blendtec blender? That is all you need! So if you have one of these you don't need a Ninja (single purpose) Creami. Just buy frozen berries and add them to the blender. If you have an ice cream recipe that calls for bananas, just peel as many as you need, stick them in a freezer storage bag and freeze them a couple hours. Stick them in the blender and set it to max high speed. That's it. Ice cream!

At a spot near me you can buy mango sticky rice ice cream. Maybe try to recreate that.

My first time try my Ninja Creami and I tried your chocolate orange flavor. I didn’t have ripe bananas so I used sweet potatoes instead. Your videos encouraged me to experiment. It turned out great! Although my husband expected it to be sweeter like a store bought ice cream. 🫤

I have just come across your blog, first time have subcribed, I love that you are having fun 🙂 your ice-creams look delicious, but cant have the rice as it too carb laden. flavours I would love, black seasame icecream, like the mochi icecream flavour, also I love rum and raisin, I made a lemon, mango, passion fruit and naked ginger pieces icecream, it was yum. however mine was the traditinol one with condensed milk and cream, I would love a plant based one.
Thank you for your fun and great recipes💞 from Melbourne Australia. .
