Mia is in my top 5 most beautiful people in the world- no doubt. Inside and out. The entire Robertson family is such a light in this world. Just beautiful beautiful people inside and out. Not perfect, and they will let you know that also.
My son was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate, and our family has found much encouragement by following Mia’s journey. My wife and I were very worried about the whole process, but the Lord has already used our son in so many wonderful ways! My son, Mia, and all children with clefts are fearfully and wonderfully made. God bless!

Hi, I’m 44 and was born with cleft lip cleft palate. Mia, my darling you are Sooo sweet and beautiful. You are such a bright light in this world. Your strength is very encouraging. My father left my mother when I was born. He was ashamed. I had my first surgery when I was 3 days old. It was a tuff battle for my single mama and myself but she was so strong. She’s with the Lord now, but I know she’s watching me from heaven. I’ll be continuing to pray for you as you go on your journey in life. I’m wishing you the best. 🙏
I pray for everyone that has to endure surgery. I'm only 22 and had 17 reconstruction surgeries on my right ankle, foot, and leg after a freak accident. Muscles, ligaments, tendons, and bones were all destroyed. It's hard for me to keep my head up but I know I'm only 2 months away from being able to try and walk again. I love how positive Mia is. It's takes a ton of will power to be that positive after having so many surgeries at such a young age. God bless
Did anyone else just get choked up Seeing Mia on the thumbnail? Mia what a true inspiration you are. God has his hand on your life and heart. We are so blessed to hear from you 🫶🏻
Phill, you have got to ne so proud of your granddaughter, and all of your grandchildren! You are truly blessed, and as the patriarch of the family it all begins and ends with you, you raised an amazing family, and really showed them that all in life begins and ends with the love and grace of the Lord Jesus!
As a father of my own 8 year old daughter, I can 100% relate to Jase. And I’m sure a lot of fathers alike, there’s nothing more crushing than seeing our daughters suffer. We don’t realize how tough they actually are!
This is an extra-ordinary episode and what an extra-ordinary young woman! Thank you to Mia for giving us the privilege of meeting you, hearing some of your story and witnessing your light shine! What a comfort Mia Moo must be to these precious families!
I’m a 46 year old, now disabled from cancer, however. I’m in remission. I was always a very busy person and a business owner upon the terrible news. My Wife at the time has now divorced me, we still have a relationship for our children. It’s been 5 years now and it’s still very difficult to not be as active. I was a hunter and it’s tough now to get out with my 15 year old Son, my 11 Daughter is ready next season and I am still going to push to get out in the woods with her. What I wouldn’t do to be able to sit and talk to the entire Robertson family. I’ve got lonely times and not many to talk with. Love what yous are doing showing people to The Lord!🙏🦌
I am so happy that I can spend some time with this young lady. She is a powerful inspiration to me and many multitudes of others. Thank her for me. I pray for her and her family. Thankfully she has such a spirit of triumph that shines out very brightly. I just love her.
Mia is a warrior for sure! God bless her for ALL she has gone through! Also Jase and Missy, bless their hearts as her parents. This family has truly had to trust God with Mia's surgeries and her healing! Praying for y'all through this lastest surgery and healing! God bless from Texas!
Phil doesn’t ever show much emotion but you can really tell how proud he is of Mia. I remember watching the show and she was the whole family’s soft spot. They all protected and took such good care of her. I can’t imagine having to watch your newborn baby go through that and stay strong and hold it together. Her momma is a tough lady. And jase is strong for knowing when to let go and give things to God. Love this family.
If you’re talking about her condition, what you just said is a very backhanded compliment. You probably meant well, but that comment would deeply hurt someone’s feelings
@@Pondy33 Mia’s had countless surgeries and long painful recoveries. Her condition has taken a toll on her and her family since birth. Jase has spoken about how hard it’s been to watch her go through all that and has comforted and encouraged other parents in the same situation with their kids. Sorry, but I’m going to stand by my comment ✌️❤️
Everyone pray for Mia!!!! If we all come together and pray which I know the family has, she will be completely healed soon! What a tough and beautiful young woman! God bless the Robertson Family!
I keep Mia in my prayers. My granddaughter is 13 years old and was born with a bilateral cleft and she is completely blind in one eye. She has also had many surgeries and many more to go. May God bless you and all you do.
My favorite podcast ever…correction…so far! Whenever I think that the podcast has “peaked”, God displays His awesomeness, glory, and magnificence through an even “better” Godcast.. Thank you Unashamed team.
We need more Mia's in this world. She will continue to be a speaker for the hurting children of this world. The writing is on the the wall. So obvious God is placing her where she is. What an awesome human.
Gods Grace Ms. Mia. We are sorry for the struggles and praying to eliminate these struggles lil lady. Focus on that school and keep a monthly return to our favorite Godcast!
I can see the Family Love and What a trooper Mia is. I can't help but notice the pride beaming from Phil as he watches Mia talk about her walk in life. Prayers to all of you spreading the word!!!
Phil was mesmerized by Mia. This young lady has such a great support system and true admiration. You can see it and feel it. Can you imagine?!?!! This young lady is going to do great things. I can’t wait to watch Gods plan unfold. When you have that much love and support around you… with God being the center. I can’t even put into words. She’s such a shining light.
❤ the Phil was just sitting and watching his grand dtr talk was so precious. ❤ Mia, so well spoken. Just spoke to a friend about the Robertson family, seeming like they just have it all. "No struggles" I never would have thought Mia would have felt lonely. 🙌🎚she is getting the friends GOD has chosen for her.
Wow. I was introduced to Duck Dynasty in about 2013, by my now, deceased fiance who was living in Canada at time. We both are South Africans. Now in South Africa and watching all the podcasts and I am in absolute awe of this beautiful family. Thank you for spreading the word of God. Mia you go girl. Beautiful, mature, God fearing and wise young lady. May you all be blessed in abundance always. Stunning family. God is good, all of the time. Love you all.
These big bad men are in awe of mighty Mia! She leads with her wonderful sense of humor and right underneath that is her core strength! Thanks for sharing the love of Jesus and give Ms. Kay a hug from us all!
Mia is a strong soldier, they say God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers and she is definitely one tough young lady! Ty for sharing part of your journey with us Mia! You’re in my thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery! Her papa Phil is soaking it all in. He knows she is a trooper, she’s been through so much since birth🙏✝️💟
She is a excellent example of what it looks like to be on the right path.when she talks about dad it's just gets me ...I know that pain of watching your child go thru hell
Mia is a ROCK STAR!!! The light of Christ shines bright in this young lady!! So super proud of Mia!! Mia is going to go on to do many GREAT things through God's perfect path for her!! God bless everyone during this time. Much love and respect from Texas. Love, Kaye 💖💖🙏
Awe! Our family has loved Mia since our own little girls were still “little”. Prayed for her more than a few times through the years as well. Love from Texas Mia! P.S. We have had a taste of being a “medical family” too, my youngest boy was born with clubfoot, so he’s needed some extra care. It’s nothing like cleft palette. Although he has needed a couple surgeries, and he’s spent his whole life in casts, braces and wheelchairs. But it’s true that when a child is born in need of medical care, it really is a very different lifestyle than “normal”. We were blessed with 6 “normal” babies before our little clubfoot cutie was born. It’s a whole new world. Y’all are totally right. Medical families really do go through a form of trauma, and we really do need community and support.
I don't comment mutch but have to give love n prayer for Mia and say how awesome of a young lady she is. Been a fan since day one, as a single father of two daughters 16 n 12 daughters are special and watching Mia go through everything she has went through with such a strong personality and everyone else around her seems more tore up about her many surgeries and she just has went through headstrong and like no big deal, it's super inspiring and her personality is Awesome. ✌️💙 to all the Robertson family and God Bless.
Mia is such an inspiration and a beautiful young lady. I love how she explains things and epitomizes love in all she says and does. So thankful I got to see this episode! She is a blessing to us all.
I have loved Mia since the beginning of my knowledge of her and her story. I have a cousin named Scotty who had a cleft palate that was severe. He did not survive in mortality. When Mia’s story came to me it touched me deeply because this challenge has been brought forward to such a broad audience developing awareness. My cousin was born around 54 years ago. The was not the technology’s there are now or 20 years ago to save lives. Mia you are a beautiful human being. I appreciate you shining your light so that the world may see you walk with grace through the challenges of mortality. With all my heart I THANK YOU AND LOVE YOU!! Keep on Shining!!
Mia is such a beautiful young lady. I'm trying to find the right words that can express how much she has touched my life through the years and to now see this beautiful twenty year old so well spoken and so filled with love and care for others has left me with awe, wonder, and admiration. I have cried during the times her hospital visits were shared and I remember how hard it was on Jase. To see.this tough outdoorsy type guy realizing he was helpless to stop his daughter's pain was heart-wrenching. There is no place more humbling than standing beside your child's hospital bed when they are suffering so severely and, in yourself, you have no power to help them. Thank you for having Mia visit the program it was like having a visit with an angel. . Please have her visit more often she is such a vibrant beautiful witness to the power of the Lord when fused with such a courageous and lovely spirit and heart that is Mia. 🧡 (Rejoicing that Mia has found a loving and close group of friends that made my heart overflow with joy) I wrote years ago after watching her suffering through one of her operations and recovery that she was the true Star of Duck Dynasty and after listening to her today her Star has only gotten more brilliant! ✴The Saviour said, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16). 🏃♀☀
What an amazing young lady Mia is. She truly is a "shining light"!!!! Me and my Daddy had a special relationship. He always told me that " a son's a son till he takes a wife but a daughter's a daughter for life"!!! Oh how true it is. Daddy passed away last year and I will forever treasure him and miss him until we are reunited in Heaven.
To see the loving way Phil looks at Mia while he smiles with his eyes is absolutely heartwarming! You, Mia, are a blessing. Every 3 minutes, somewhere in the world a child is born with a cleft palate. Support a charity in any way you can to help these children. Thank you!
Oh my goodness, Mia is amazing! What a beautiful, mature, intelligent, young girl who loves Jesus!! I know God has a great path forward for Mia. How blessed she is to have such awesome parents and to be a part of the entire Robertson family!! 🙏🙏❤️❤️🙏🙏
What a brave and beautiful young woman! I can’t imagine having all that in my mouth and she’s so calm and cool about it. I freak out with a broken wrist and being in a cast. All she’s been through and yes it’s hard to see your child in pain. What a great human being! Jase and Miss should be very proud of raising such a wonderful person.
Much love to Mia from San Diego, California. I’ve been praying for her ever since I found out about her condition. She’s come a long way over the years & she’s become a successful & beautiful young woman. I wish her nothing but the best ✌🏾
Mia is 10x braver than I will ever be. When I get a cold I feel like I’m dying. I can’t imagine the pain this young lady has endured. We love you Mia and we are praying for a full recovery 🙏❤️
Wow she has grown up so fast.. Mia is so beautiful and such wonderful and smart young lady...I love❤🙏 her... You can tell God has wonderful plans for her and she is going to touch the life of so many people. God bless her and her family 🙏❤️.
I dont know that I've ever seen a person so lazer focused on another person than Phil was on Mia during this outstanding episode. His eyes intensely never turned away from her for a single second. ❤
Love your family and faith filled podcast. What a fantastic way to get the word out to some who may never hear it. Keep talking about the movie of Phil and Kay's journey. We need to get the word out so it will be in the theaters longer as with Sound of Freedom. All their children and grandchildren are a great example of being raised with Christian values. This podcast is very valuable I feel blessed. Thank you very much
Oh wow I can't believe how much Mia has grown. I haven't seen her I awhile. She's a strong smart beautiful young lady. I will be praying for Mia to have a successful recovery. She's so blessed to have such a supportive family too. Thank you for coming and speaking with us Mia. I love you and God bless you. ❤️❤️❤️
She is so powerful and such a beautiful soul. God bless this little baby. Let her be inspiration to young lady’s going through things like her. She is truly amazing and inspirational.
Mia you are truly a shining light to your generation. It so puts hope in my heart for the coming generations that God will touch them just as He has you. Please come back on and share again.
Mia is such an inspiration . Thank you for being so helpful to so many. Giving hope to so many other children who are going thru similar journeys.. I also have to have oral surgery in a 3 weeks and this has given me strength. Bless you sweetie.
This family is what we need on TV, I still watch them even though I’ve seen them over a million times. God bless The Robertson family 🙏🏽 🇺🇸 love all of them
Mia is a blessing, she is so beautiful and her spirit is so strong like her Dad and mother and like her grandma, grandpa. She is so strong. As all the Robertson family, grandchildren, friends, AWESOME TO SEE MIA AND THE PODCAST. I WISH THAT I HAD A FAMILY OF GREAT FAITH AS THE ROBERTSON. ❤❤❤😇😇😇😇
This message is for Mia just wanted her to know how beautiful she is. I am very thankful for all the work you have done to help young children with your situation. We have always watched the Robertsons from the beginning and since then I have lost my daughter and husband. Let your dad know he is one of my favorites I watch unashamed almost 24/7 for the past couple years it gets me through. God bless
Mia…you and your family have been a direct blessing to our family. Our daughter is cleft as well; and was a recipient of your wonderful foundation several years ago. We will never forget how your family has blessed us! We praise and thank the Lord for you guys and for all the amazing work y’all continue to do! Thank you for being the “real deal” and staying so dang tough! 💪🏼👊🏼Good to see you in this episode!

Thank you!
Mia is indeed, a warrior and on the path to sainthood. Blessing to her always and in all ways.
The way Mia carried herself with grace and dignity in her past struggle sets a wonderful example for young ladies with struggles to follow!😊😊
Mia should have her own podcast 😉😊

What a brave and beautiful young woman! I can’t imagine having all that in my mouth and she’s so calm and cool about it. I freak out with a broken wrist and being in a cast. All she’s been through and yes it’s hard to see your child in pain. What a great human being! Jase and Miss should be very proud of raising such a wonderful person.
Much love to Mia from San Diego, California. I’ve been praying for her ever since I found out about her condition. She’s come a long way over the years & she’s become a successful & beautiful young woman. I wish her nothing but the best ✌🏾

We need to get the word out so it will be in the theaters longer as with Sound of Freedom.

God bless
