I was under the care of a neurosurgeon, he told me Alzheimer’s was not hereditary. My grandmother died from it as well as my dad and now my mother has it. So I told him, it must be environmental then. One of my grandsons asked me if I was going to get it. I told him, probably. He said I’m going to come see you everyday. I said, well buddy you don’t have to do that. Voice crakes no he said, I don’t want you to forget me. My voice cracking I replied. Bubba, I might forget you in my mind but I’ll never forget you in my heart.

My Mom had to have a minor surgery two years ago. She was 79 at the time. But she had general anesthesia. It messed her up terribly for about two weeks. It affected her thinking and her ability to walk.. So much so we had to take her back to the hospital the day after she initially came home and they figured it out. It was her body's way (inefficiently) of processing the anesthesia. She did eventually return to normal.
Zac, be blessed with those children there as they will become the church one day. Also, most people who love the Lord are listening to the testimony and not the children.

I noticed every time she went under anesthesia her memory loss accelerated. I asked the doctor about this and he told me anesthesia / surgery had nothing to do with accelerated memory loss. I call bull on that. On the next surgery she had we did not let them put her under, they did a block in her spine. Well guess what, after that surgery she was as clear as a bell. I don’t believe for one minute that the two aren’t associated. Ask Phil’s doctor if he can use a different way to block pain during surgery, and not put him under.

I had 5 fractured vertebrae. Once Kyphoplasty was done it became a domino effect. Look into alternatives.
