I have a 2020 Maxima SR,so much nicer than these Altima’s, they have the most hideously looking center stack tablets, especially the premium with that obtrusive screen , and my Maxima SR has fog lights ,and 300 HP, the all wheel drive is the only real upgrade that I see.
@@gerdz101 I'm well versed on Maxima's and Altima's , I've leased 4 Maxima's, and the disparity is not 10K, it depends upon the package you get with Both, the Platinum Maxima is more like 12K more, but, the SV Maxima is as little as 7K more, but it's a mute poiunt since they discontinued the Maxima, I've got a 2020, im holding onto it
The majority of those who would by the SR do not particularly concerned about not having 300 horsepower. They're interested in a nice car, with good looks, very well equipped, drives, and handles well, and gets good gas milage. Tell me unless you live in Montana, where do you intend to use that 300 horsepower? Most of us live in places where you're lucky if you use 75 of the car's available horsepower.
Premium package is well worth it on SV and SR trims imo
great video!! love the clear side by side comparison. this video helped me decide which car I wanted to get! thank you!
Thank you
Nice review, good job 👍
Thank you 🙏
In SR base model, can we use airplay with cable???
SR fully loaded comes with wireless apple car play
@@CARS_AT_100 yes, but non premium model I am concerned about.
Can I use car play with cable? Or that also is not there!?
Yes, it is standard on SV grade and above 2023 Altimas
Yes I have the base 2024 SR and works with CarPlay thru USB or Type C cord
Has Nissan improved the quality of the CVT transmission?
A little, its smoother, but its a still a cvt
so ridiculous how they got rid of fog lights on all trims....
New style, thanks for the comment
Not really a deal breaker though compared to all that you get
Run to the choppa!
Run to the altima! Thanks for the comment
Grrrrreat! I DiG
Much better car than the Honda Accord 2023 ugliest car
Thanks for the comment

Yes, also CVT transmission needs to be changed for proper automatic just like they did for Pathfinder, thanks for the comment
@@CARS_AT_100 Your 100% right about tranny, I have the CVT also, car would be perfect with a DC Transmission
You do realize the Maxima is 10 grand more than the altima right? If the Altima would be a better car then who would buy the more expensive maxima?
