    Wow. I felt sincere nothingness, I didn't feel so quiet for weeks. Did stay Into this state for like 30minutes more. It felt so great and nothing.. Thanks a lot, wow, amazing!!

    He is finally telling this sangha the truth, I hope they are listening.He is not a psychiatrist but he is here to teach them certain tools for an awakened being to deal with the monkey mind. He need not be frustrated because it was obviously benefits to him to have this adoration as the ultimate problem solver. Mooji is 70 now he has had enough!😂 This is the path they need so when you transition they have the tools to continue.It's a hard journey to stay present especially in the hard times to stay present quiet and keep bringing yourself back when the mind wants to take you elsewhere. It's great to see a sangha on the journey towards healing and enlightenment instead of in a heightened sense of pain.

      Interesting comment. But I don’t think he ever offered adoration of him as the path. There does seem to be a heightened intensity to the message now. This meditation and the longer video it comes from seem extra powerful to me.

      But yes if it helps to stabilize in yourself. But try this next time you sit in the car. Be aware of your feelings and thoughts but at the same time be totally attentive to everything allowing everything and just drive. Be totally attentive to how you drive the surroundings, listen and look at how you drive completely. Try it, See what happens with your fear.

    AWAKEN NOW....... really Mooji if you have an understanding of vedanta you will realise and UNDERSTAND that there are QUALIFICATIONS for those people that are drawn to Self realisation. If your going to be a legit teacher study and understand vedanta, if not keep people in the dark ??

      First this is not Mooji RUclips, second you will never be free by trying to do something according to the system. That is why you are here, you see that it doesn't work, and you see the insecurity in you and it won't go away. So you search but you won't let go of that for which you hold. Let it all go "according to" . Be attentive and quiet but alive. That is all you need.

One is not writing you this because he wants to offend you but because one has observed himself and the whole world. And we are all human beings, we do the same things looking for security, love, joy and escaping from pain and suffering.

      @@InfiniteLoveMeditationClub it is assumptive behaviour as you have done nothing about understanding where I might be in the scheme of things. So you threw ''me'' in with everybody else? Also you saying that the system or what ever word you used doesn't work, that is assumptive how do you know, it might not have worked for ''you'' ? However Vedanta, the science of consciousness has been freeing people for a long long time and will still bear fruit in the future. You did not offend me however I get a little annoyed at the superficiality of this neo advaitic world ? To identify as a human being is also ignorance ? I was also with Poonjaji and spent quite a while with him back in the early 90s. To be a competant teacher and Nissagadatta wasn't neither was Ramana and neither was Papaji or Mooji, you need a complete means of knowledge which is Vedanta .If you look at Chinmayananda now he was a superb teacher as it was scripturally based so he wasn't making it up as he went. Mooji is a neo advaitic teacher i know all so well there is no knowledge that goes with it ,how everything fits together in consciousness. Vedanta is the science of consciousness a blue print of who we are ? In the end you can throw it away as it has served its purpose ? However on the way it is of immense help . How many people would like to realise, how many people do and simply again i will bring this up if the qualifications are not there you will not realise the self, permanently ?

      Yes I understand this, good analogy.. was had helped me is that I studied a meditation teacher training to really learn the fundamentals of meditation. My biggest take away and something that I always go back to if I'm losing routine is just doing five minutes a day. Try do five minutes a day for one whole week. Nothing more nothing less. I guarantee you'll want to do more. The next week do 10 minutes. Another thing that developed my practice was starting with connecting close with all five sense one by one, following that I drop into a body scan of body awareness and body relaxation. This stage of body connection really gets me in the zone to drop into a meditation. I studied meditation structure at ACMM Australia if that's any help for you ❤ keep going, keep going.
