I hear you good sister. The voices are akin to Mara (and his Army) for me. Meditation is helpful. Mara has acted like he wants me to meditate, then did everything to prevent a deep Meditation. To be able to "WATCH" without getting caught up in the drama is important. Losing our fear and for me, not allowing myself to become isolated and to not allow it to prevent me from Right Relationships... that Nurture me, my heart, and my body is the goal. Tricky. It's not really a force its just that if you resist by thinking that it shouldnt come a thought for example instead of just naturally noticing without effort it will grow more because youre in a sense making it very real for you because you care about it too much basically. If you sit for an hour (maybe a minute) you will notice that you never had to do anything about it but giving it a name as the force making it special is just making it real. Get back into your senses and feelings to be out of your mind

Hello Jenifer :) Firstly, it is certainly good and right of you to take care of your son. If you desire freedom and this desire is the strongest in your life, you should not think about how your behaviour is coming across to others. People will always think something about you..good ir bad. It shouldnt make difference to you ;) primarly remain concerned with your life, which is to be (best to your ability) conscious of your Self. If this self-consciousness is steady, or predominant, your actions will AUTOMATICALLY be good and most appropriate :) trust in life. Trust that your Self knows best what to do. When you come to trust the Self, you will find that doubts about your actions loose all meaning. It is very good if youre not overly emotional about life. Emotionlessness is not heartlessness, surely you know this ;) let other people doubt you if they want, but dont take it mean anything. Its not any kind of a valid reading or assessment of you. I've been dealing with negative intrusive thoughts for 6 years now and feel that I am suffering every moment of my existence. I am trying to apply these teachings but can't seem to let go of these thoughts. I feel stuck and don't know how to get out of this; it is like living in a constant hell. The heart, the soul, the true being of one can not be taken away even under the most ugliest of circumstance. I, as a body have watched. I have watched others, but mostly I have watched myself. I have watched my parents. I have learned, cried, and asked many the basic question. Why? Why is it that God, the universe, or what ever entity is out there given me this path! Why was I born! Why make it so unfair? Why! Why does one have and another not?
Where does worth come from? Why will my mother beat me, my father sexually abuse me, why will I not be given wings?
It will not be until my mid to late 40's that I learn the beauty of my life. Others will call it a tragedy, well most would, but I see. Clarity comes from a homed in pulse of surrender and a joyous light of loving you. Loving ones self.
So, how does one do that when from birth love was not. My father was an alcoholic and my mother the player of a victim. I, the dream weaver always looking for the grace, the light, understanding, forgiveness, the dance for love. Love. Love, it's only a four letter word but, it holds power in I.

Born after a winter storm in December
Little baby me, innocent and still.
Your journey will be like none other
And a perversion that none want to see.
Your name in beauty it shines.
Nonetheless, in crudeness
A promise and pledge. A hostage.
This crudeness, your Forbearer, will restrain upon your soul,
