- What is not a mind ? We hear all the time this is my mind, I am not my mind or I am mind. But what is that which is not mind ? Is there something that observe even mind ? Is there something that can observe even sense of lost, pain, happiness, joy ... ? Can something observe even I am feeling ?

Consciousness can express itself in human form , appearing out of “ emptiness”. And at some point disappearing into it again.
Ego and repetitive thoughts are mind, in my opinion. What is not mind is our deep energy or our essence. It is unmoving. It flows in us.
Mooji is the living example who is selfless to point people to the revelation of the covenant with the below scripture;
Genesis 4•7
If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.”
I am grateful to have the opportunity to be of Sight and Hearing because Mooji didn't remain silent with the TRUTH but chose to sow the seed among the weed.

Intuition. Inner knowing. Silence. Is not mind
I have this feeling that understanding something is much deeper experience than knowing something. With understanding comes this comfortable feeling of… of what ?
There is a difference between knowing and having complete insight into something. When you have knowledge it is limited, never complete. But insight is complete you see how something is complete and that is that waoo moment.

That is very superficial thinking.
You are not your mind, it is part of you. Your mind is created from human consciousness. What is that ? Well you have a PC Right? What is the same for all computers? Hardware, you have to have CPU, GPU, motherboard... Same with us, body,someone have bigger, smaller, more intelligent, less intelligent ...
Next is the operating system, you have to have windows or Mac or Linux... Same with us from the moment you are born you have learned from humans, therefore you have human consciousness you think like human.
So even though one PC can have different files, like music and videos and documents from other, it still operates as a Windows computer. Under the hood it is a PC. Same with us even if you have different friends and you think that you have personal thoughts, actually we all have the same problems, needs, and wants. We are in human consciousness. So how can you exit this consciousness?
it is impossible to empty yourself by using your mind because your mind is not your presence.
Consciousness and thought etc is only a faculty of the mind and the mind is a facility of the physical brain. Consciousness and thought and mind are non physical but require a physical source to be and those non physical actions cannot form a physical form such as the brain or body nor can the brain and the body form a physical form. You cant even call consciousness or thought or mind entities because entities require a physical iteration function unto itself. Basically, no physical source equals no consciousness, thought nor mind.
So what is that physical source that is your presence which initially formed the intelligent species and its reproductive system here on Earth, that is the question and not a metaphor placed on an object that can be explained.
Unfortunately no teacher can explain the presence within all intelligent species how it derived to be the iteration function of its physical source presence to form the intelligent species body and brain for consciousness and thought to be a faculty of. That physical object of presence within is FACT and is your imprinted knowledge. Mind itself is not mind because it is non physical and controls nothing.
The mind is not the self.

People always want to tear something that is good, so that they can humiliate and then feel good about themselves. Use your mind in a good way, look for the police allegations against Mooji. But there are not any. So let go of that and focus on yourself, how can you improve your mind so that it becomes sharp like razer.

I think he speaks this way, in circles, to keep the listener hooked. The listener never quite understands. He speaks in riddles. Just speak plain English. So frustrating! He never quite gets to the point.
Creating more confusion should not be the mission of a spiritual teacher.
I call BS
Of course you do, as we all do, there is only one thing you have to do, no circle, no hooks: BE Quiet, listen and observe.
But that is not enough for us, we don't believe it. Therefore we want stories.
And stories we get.
So no bullshit, no hooks, here is the truth: Listen to yourself and the world around, don't think just listen, be quiet and you are already free.
If you don't believe it then listen to stories until you see it.
