Can you break down some sequences against hitters, specifically when you see something in their swing or where they are at in the box and how you adapt within the at bat? Love the content and Sim in the background! Thank you for doing what you do from an engineering mindset.
Trevor would love to get a more detailed stretching video of what you do and for what body part or region or muscle group. Thanks and hope you are back on the mlb mound soon
@@A.B.421 look, I’m not going to argue with you because I don’t know you and “ if doing a couple of searches as you say” hasn’t made you change your mind my opinion won’t be the exception. It is obvious that due to the situation that is going on no team will comment on it. Even Trevor and Rachel has remained on the sidelines. He is a great pitcher who has a lot to offer whether he continues with the dodgers or not.
@NowUCME NowUDNT I have read various articles and the statements they have made. For my point of view there are many inconsistencies ... but as I mentioned earlier I will not change anyone's mind. The truth will come to light
I’m a new coach at CCS in Spokane Wa. We have a squad and A LOT of talent on the bump. Due to our budget we don’t have a pitching coach right now. I played infield in college but don’t feel knowledgeable enough to coach our guys effectively. Could you help me understand how your brain works as a pitcher and how you go about attacking the zone against hitters?
Music is life. Glad you channel; its energy. How dare the MLB not have you on the mound....Lame..... No injuries....note taken. Thanks for you efforts and wisdom. Hope you don't give it all away. ;)
Great stuff as always. Post game routine after pitching. From the time you are pulled from the game to the time you leave the stadium. Also, what about two way players? Go from pitching to playing the field in the same game (HS level).
I love to learn about your daily workout and throwing routines in between starts. I want to keep long tossing in season in between starts, but I have a hard time balancing lifting, long toss, and my mid-week bullpen. Keep up the great content, thanks!
Appreciate the information that you share. You’ve impacted me in my goal of transformation from an old school pitcher/pitching coach to an analytics & technology driven one. Thanks
Great vid. always wonder how many pitches you guys threw before the game ,and I too want to see you in Dodger Blue when all that BS gets straighten out .

Video on your weekly routine, day after stuff and build up workouts to your next start . I know you touched on it alot in the vlog but more in depth to recovery and workouts would be cool to see
Great video! Can you do a workout video (in season and off season) and plyo video (in season and off). Things you do or did as a teenager growing up and developing to now. Thanks! Stay strong!
Info on your recovery would be super helpful to younger pitchers. Traditional knowledge is just “ice, ibuprofen, and rest” and something about that just feels very off. Do you do anything special post-game or the day after to deal with soreness? What kind of exercises should you do to stay active while recovering/“resting”
Fire video! I would be interested in knowing how you sequence lifting and throwing during the offseason. Are you lifting with the intent to develop strength in certain areas or are you more focused on building stability and maintaining fitness? Basically, how do you look to improve yourself physically while maintaining good shoulder health in the offseason
Very helpful video, well detailed thank you it helps to understand your body and the mental part of the warm-up. Idea of topic, - Your gym warm-up or also gym program - Don't know if you can help with a releiver and closer warm-up don't know if they can do this whole warming-up routine like you did as a starter
In one of these videos could you go over your off season routine? I feel like that’s where a lot of gains are made especially for high school kids and younger so I feel that could be huge for some of these guys.
