I believe the 5000 and 9000 kg versions have been out of service for decades, last seen in the 80's in Afghanistan. FAB-3000's saw use against Azovstal in Mariupol.

The full name is FAB-1500-M54, "model 1954". The general bomb design is 70 years old, only the glide kit is new.
