My money’s on the next one being a Lamborghini, as Porsche, Bugatti and Lamborghini are all owned by Volkswagen, and it seems they have a license agreement with them.
Word to the wise: Apply a slight coat of clear nail polish smoothly over the stickers. It will preserve them and make them last a lot longer as well as apply a shiny effect to it.
Xbox Short Stories YES ME TOO! Apparently theres another ‘lego’ brand amd it has a koenigsegg. But apparently it misses pieces and some may not join together
I got the set recently and (1.) Building the car makes building the LEGO Voltron like child's play. (2.) I wish they would've designed it to minimize the gaps between body plates. & (3.) For anyone who has this car, have you thought of either painting it a different color or buying the same body plates but in a different color?
very nice review, but Bugatti has the best price to parts quantity ratio and lots of them in dark azure color, one of the most beautiful for today in technic series do you really choose a set by the ratio of price to volume and weight? what's the point of buying lego to optimally fill the shelves with boxes? ))
completely agree, and what can you come up with with 20 identical little cars? Of course if you're building the conveyor at the Bugatti plant you need them
Greeting! 435 for Germany? The official price is 369€ which is around 430$ but you can get this Set for 299€. Taxes are included in every product in Germany. In US you have to add taxes which is confusing to me.
Finally somebody mentioned this. He is comparing incomparable. He should strip the VAT from all non-US countries' prices and show them then. That would mean a final price of ±363 USD (~311 EUR) for Germany. It is still more than the price in the US but vs the 435 bucks he shows in his table? lol...
I'm going to buy Chiron. And I would love to see Technic Porsche 918, my dream car!!! But I think, next one can be Ferrari FXXK or Lamborghini Centenario.
Did anyone have a problem with the gear box? My gears tend to choke up and the engine doesn't spin unless I move the car a significant distance.... Any ideas? Reverse gear works fine and makes the engine spin very fast.
when i put my lego Bugatti in drive and push it forwards it takes a bit for the pistons to start moving. is it like this normally or did i fuck up somewhere?
I have aquestion about this build. Then i finished first book and connected front of the car and end of the car with the engine, then I rotate wheels my cilinders in engine doesnt move. Is it ok and it will be solved later? Or I alraedy made a mistake?
I made a critical mistake, my car won’t drive lmao. I somehow put a wheel on backwards and it won’t spin the correct way. And also my pistons won’t fire... but I’m way to lazy to fix it, given that it’s only going to sit on my shelf anyway lol
I'm looking into going to the Lego store this Saturday and getting this. But i'm also wanting to get the Saturn v also. should I? is that a good deal for 2 sets? $469?
Chris D I would just tear the build apart to a point where you know it’s right because every instruction is extremely necessary, even the pictures with the position of the gears. I have restarted at several points because I made mistakes like this
crashbashfox how long before Lamborghini latch on to the fact they don't have a Lego car and their competitors do? Licences lapse and don't get renewed
4:07 just like the real car! If you make a mistake or something like this, well... you will have to wait for the engeneers fix for you, you cant just open the thing and fix it
Where are you getting your prices from? You can change the region on Lego.shop.com and clearly see that this set is $399.99 CAD. Trust me... NO Lego set is going to cost LESS in Canada, hell nothing is going to cost less in Canada. If you reverse the conversion that would be just over $300.00 US.
I really don't think the engine is what dictates the scale. They regularly use the same engine piece in cars too large or too small for it. It seems to me they don't want to change wheel hub sizes much more. On the topic of wheels, can they PLEASE make narrower wheels and tyres in the same diameter? Supercars don't have four wheels the same diameter.... Pretty sure the Chiron has wider rear tyres than the Lego set, and thinner front. The Porche's rears are about right, but the front is way too wide, by virtue of using the same hubs and tyres. Come on Lego... Also for the next one in the series, please, skip the 1500 piece gearbox assembly... You can't see it, it barely has any effect on the functionality of the model, and it prevents the addition of features people actually would want to admire. I have built Bruno Jenson's spectacular McLaren P1 in slightly larger 1/7 scale, and I would say the greatest strength of that model is that it forges the gearbox entirely. It uses the freed up parts (3700 total) for better styling, door actuation, better steering and suspension, rear wing functionality including braking linked to the steering, and adjustable ride height like the real car. All of this can be MOTORISED too, including lights and driving functionality via S-brick. I intend to do the motor conversions for the doors and ride height adjustment soon. Basically, it's got better priorities than Lego does. Maybe less pretentious packaging and ass-kissing to the car manufacturers, and a better model for our £350?
Interesting to mention Ferrari as another large model for the future, but of course, their have already been two large scale Ferrari models in the past, one of which you mention, and I have both. The F1 car and the Enzo, both of which are not as large as the Porsche or Bugatti however!
New subscriber here. Awesome review. Can’t say I had been too impressed with the Bugatti till now but the lighting in your video seemed to do it a lot of favour s to the detriment of the Porsche. However the Porsche is my favourite simply because it’s an iconic shape. The Bugatti is simply just another; albeit beautiful, supercar
If they start a legit car series and make cars like Mclaren f1/p1, 720s and senna, and Porsche carerra gt, Mercedes clk gtr, Ford gt, Ferrari Enzo, Lamborghini mercialargo, Lexus LFA and a bunch of others, I’d go broke and Lego will go rich
Zippo NVR if I was stupid and not Korean I probably said that it was a good one..... Unfortunately nuclear bombs r actually cheaper to buy in america then North Korea.... They never succeeded with intercontinental ballistic missile which is IBM nuclear weapon in North Korea... Good for u
do you realize, that it was a joke? I didn't actually mean that missiles cheaper than Lego set but it's very good that you are truly patriot of your country I guess the achievements of scientists in Korea make Donald Trump very happy
Did you messed the Porsche’s name? Heresy!!! hahahahha. Jk. Btw. The F40 is not a super car. It’s a legend. It’s the grand dad of all we know today as hyper cars. The only and one car that will be admired in centuries to come.
My money’s on the next one being a Lamborghini, as Porsche, Bugatti and Lamborghini are all owned by Volkswagen, and it seems they have a license agreement with them.
Maybe a Audi too :3
Michael van Kesteren I hope it’s the Huracan or the sv
AVENTADOR WOULD BE AWESOME!!!!
I already have the Porsche and the Bugatti is being shipped to me soon.
im thinking centenario
Hopefully they'll make a Koenigsegg or McLaren one day 😔
Word to the wise: Apply a slight coat of clear nail polish smoothly over the stickers. It will preserve them and make them last a lot longer as well as apply a shiny effect to it.
What about the LMP on your shelf?
It is not licensed and it wasn't the huge set of the year.
The only channel with such in-depth reviews and comparisons!
Would love to see a Koenigsegg Agera RS or a Koenigsegg Regera.
Xbox Short Stories YES ME TOO! Apparently theres another ‘lego’ brand amd it has a koenigsegg. But apparently it misses pieces and some may not join together
Like the Koenigsegg Jesko would be cool, but I prefer a more obscure car like the Techrules AT96 Track Version.
11:54 Ok I definetly didn't see that coming
Finally a person who talks
I bought it for around 200 dollars. Now when Toysrus in Sweden closed. I think its a good deal.
I got the set recently and (1.) Building the car makes building the LEGO Voltron like child's play. (2.) I wish they would've designed it to minimize the gaps between body plates. & (3.) For anyone who has this car, have you thought of either painting it a different color or buying the same body plates but in a different color?
If they're only doing supercars, I could kill for an NSX
15:04 wow 60 bucks for a sticker sheet? I'm glad I never put those on and kept them in a sealed bag.
very nice review, but Bugatti has the best price to parts quantity ratio and lots of them in dark azure color, one of the most beautiful for today in technic series
do you really choose a set by the ratio of price to volume and weight?

Great review! Just ordered it!
Amazing reviews, i like how you go inti investing and all those aspects of reviewing that other youtubers seem to miss.
Would love to know the size comparison to 8880
There are 8 forward gears, the reverse gear is were you select the forward gear

i did have extra gear from the geat box too after bulding the hole car
Why is there on the right side of the Bugatti near the door just a gray stick/bar, and not the long rounded thing? SorryForMyEnglish...
Where was it $310 in Canada? I bought mine for $400
400 CAD are about 310 USD
Ahh, I understand now! Thanks for clarifying
Dan Dryfhout I bought mine for 450$ in Canada and didn’t even get any of the signature c shapes oof
Nice video! Keep it up!
Love the sets, but where do you display all these in a standard house.
Do the gears make any difference just rolling it around with a hand. I mean the 1234 ones not the drive, neutral and reverse ones?
The rear wing is far from only up and down. It has both speed modes and air brake modes which have different angles. It is a design feature.
I'm going to buy Chiron. And I would love to see Technic Porsche 918, my dream car!!! But I think, next one can be Ferrari FXXK or Lamborghini Centenario.
May be)
You were almost right ;)
Did anyone have a problem with the gear box? My gears tend to choke up and the engine doesn't spin unless I move the car a significant distance.... Any ideas? Reverse gear works fine and makes the engine spin very fast.
when i put my lego Bugatti in drive and push it forwards it takes a bit for the pistons to start moving. is it like this normally or did i fuck up somewhere?
Why not compare to the green LeMans car over your right shoulder on the shelf?
would have been nice to see set 8880 sat beside the porsche and bug,my last Lego technic set some 24/25 yrs ago
Oh man, I really wanted the speed champion, but I can’t find them anywhere! :( the same goes with the amazing ferrari! :(
I have aquestion about this build. Then i finished first book and connected front of the car and end of the car with the engine, then I rotate wheels my cilinders in engine doesnt move. Is it ok and it will be solved later? Or I alraedy made a mistake?
I'm sure there is a key for you to move the wing
Green and white car?
LegoMaster 15. shop.lego.com/en-US/24-Hours-Race-Car-42039
hello,
BrickPicker you suggest buy the bugatti ?
thanks
DavideXillia I bought the set and it fulfilled the price I love the car but just remember it’s only a shelf model so its fragile but not to fragile
I’ve bought a Lego technic Bugatti but it has arrived without a box. Have I been sold a pup?
Good video, your the man brook
I made a critical mistake, my car won’t drive lmao. I somehow put a wheel on backwards and it won’t spin the correct way. And also my pistons won’t fire... but I’m way to lazy to fix it, given that it’s only going to sit on my shelf anyway lol
I'm looking into going to the Lego store this Saturday and getting this. But i'm also wanting to get the Saturn v also. should I? is that a good deal for 2 sets? $469?
Definitely get both. The Saturn V has a lot of interesting SNOT building.
Where I live it costs double but the currency conversion is P12 per $
I HOPE that they make a heritage Ford GT next
I've built the Chiron and my engine pistons arent moving with the red shifter in the forward position! I don't know what I did wrong?
Chris D I would just tear the build apart to a point where you know it’s right because every instruction is extremely necessary, even the pictures with the position of the gears. I have restarted at several points because I made mistakes like this
It's alright I got it working fine.
Love your videos.
Where are you getting an Williams F1 Racer for $200? Not that I see. Min $350. Please let me know where for $200 so I can get it.
So yours had a wrong or missing piece. Oops on quality on a set that is supposed to be doubly perfect - LEGO and Bugatti
Can't really complain too much. The software used to sort them makes errors now and then.
Great vid! Lots of facts n figures, I like it.
I had the same missing piece
Next one needs to be a Lamborghini
magunra3k lego don't have the lamborghini license
crashbashfox how long before Lamborghini latch on to the fact they don't have a Lego car and their competitors do? Licences lapse and don't get renewed
magunra3k I dont know but lego had the license a few years ago they made a gallardo
Id like a lamborghini or a mclaren next
NinjaTanek a mclaren senna would be amazing
With my Chiron I didn’t get any of the signature c shapes
Awesome review, thanks so much!! I really hope the next car in the lineup will be a McLaren of some sort
There was some guy who made a Mclaren (P1 I guess) out of bugatti parts.
4:07 just like the real car! If you make a mistake or something like this, well... you will have to wait for the engeneers fix for you, you cant just open the thing and fix it

Gotta love the Speed Champions line.
13:40 thats not an indycar lmao
Firri April it is a F1 Car
Why couldn't they do a old 1967 camaro?
Love the Williams F1 racer , wow is right
I think the next car could be an Aston Martin. Do to Lego, Aton Martin and 007 layed som notes down on Twitter
they did :) not a technic car though...and quite controversial, but i bought it and i got no regrets. awsome set
Love your vids.. thx
Your living the life I wish I lived living in a place with that many legos surrounding you.
It costs RM1799.90 in Malaysia.... higher than average min salary...
I wanna see lego make a replica of the Lykan Hypersport by W Motors.
I don't want to be rude but you didn't build it properly as the grey wires that are meant to rap around the doors aren't fully around the doors
Go to 6:42, he explains :-)
Who is woching in 2020

there was also the 599 GTB Fiorano ...
Alot of people seem to want a lamborghini for the next car. Better be a Sesto Elemento! Carbon fiber printed lego would be legendary!!
New subscriber here. Awesome review. Can’t say I had been too impressed with the Bugatti till now but the lighting in your video seemed to do it a lot of favour s to the detriment of the Porsche. Have to agree that for a £250+ set, having to put stickers on takes the p....!

Can the money of the Chiron be cheaper ?
I have the F1 racer but modified the engine and body to a V10 😍🏎️
Next one needs to be a bmw i8
im thinking either centenario or regera next
Oh. So you’re the reason the Speed Champions are out of stock!! :)
Nice keep it up👏👏
Its $400 in Canada
13:40 F1 Car not Indy Car
it costs $650 AUD in Australia.
$399AUD now
My mate works for LEGO and said that they want a:
koenigsegg
Tesla
Ferrari
McLaren
Lamborghini
and he personally he wants to make a Ultima
alto its £329.99 in uk not 350-400
LEGO is not a fan of sport bikes ??? :( i think its time for them to do a series of LEGO TECHNIC bikes !! :D
Lol hi vintage bricks, remembere?
I have been dreaming about this blue car for 2 years, but my parents have no money for it😔
Awesome video but one question: wtf is a *PORSHA*?!
That’s technically how Porsche is supposed to be pronounced.
In korea it sells at 500,000 won, which is 453 USD... :(
nuclear missiles are cheaper than this set in your country )
Zippo NVR if I was stupid and not Korean I probably said that it was a good one..... Unfortunately nuclear bombs r actually cheaper to buy in america then North Korea.... They never succeeded with intercontinental ballistic missile which is IBM nuclear weapon in North Korea... Good for u

I guess the achievements of scientists in Korea make Donald Trump very happy
I want a LADA LEGO CAR... all Russian made.
u gonna giveaway those bugattis
What a beggar. You don't have 15 bucks to buy one?
@@dtiska bruh he has 20 bugattis i just asked, and first of all i cant buy it rn its not on the market anymore
If there was a nissan gtr id buy if asap.
Omg what the heck man what about the 8070 supercar!!!!
you forgot lego also made the ferrari formula 1 car
Next will be a Audi Le Mans Prototype !
How can you have so little respect for Lego's big market items???
Its not called a wing its called a spoiler
I’d pay top dollar if they made a testarossa
It took me 8 and a half hours to build it myself
damn legos are that freaking expensive now a days!!!!!!!
average price per piece drastically reduced actually.
The bugatti chrion is a hypercar not a super car and the Porsche is a sports car
Did you messed the Porsche’s name? Heresy!!! hahahahha. Jk. Btw. The F40 is not a super car. It’s a legend. It’s the grand dad of all we know today as hyper cars. The only and one car that will be admired in centuries to come.
Santa knows what I want
I like the Grand Prix :-)
It's a hyper car, not a super car
what the f chuck all the small cars on the floor more money than sense
Super cool!
I hope LEGO make the Hennessy venom gt
