Two 'oh shit' moments for Derren: Mark Gatiss guessing there'd be a razor blade and Jeremy Dyson thinking he'd got something in his mini-roll.
Derren probably swapped the roll in Dyson's pocket using typical distraction after he'd taken his such that all the rolls on the plate were actually normal. Therefore he would have known that there was no chance that Dyson had a razor blade in his roll.
This is just a saga now.....

The trick was that none of them knew one had a blade in it, so Jeremy could've put a safe one in his pocket and someone could've bitten into the blade, but Darren "made that not happen".

We don't get to see anything prior to this video, how do we know the one with the razorblade wasn't just planted afterwards? I think there is definitely some of the segment missing, because Derren wouldn't miss such an oversight as not even showing them pick the rolls.
