The police should just set up a "Stop a Douchebag" checkpoint, looking for anyone with a sticker, and give them a ticket automatically.

A really easy solution to this problem would be to place 1 or 2 small cement pillars at the entrance of the sidewalk, thus preventing any cars from entering the sidewalk, and not inconveniencing the pedestrians who use the sidewalk at all.

Emergency vehicles wouldn't be able to use the sidewalks.
That's why they have electric bollards for emergency vehicles dummy! So they should put them instead rather than sending a bunch of noodle kids to fight in gangs, they can get away with the fights that's why they always walk towards the drivers just for them to send the first punch! Dumb kids

I work in security. one thing I do to people who speed in parking lots is shine a very bright flashlight in their eyes. pisses them off pretty bad you should try it.
also carry some pepper spray and don't hesitate to spray them when they get physical. you're likely to cause a fight and its less damaging to spray someone than to beat them down 4 on 1. plus it would be funny to see some people cry.

Start a similar movement in Canada instead? It would both be cheaper and there wouldn't be a language barrier.
I am sure there's plenty of well built and capable heroes in Canada too.
Just make sure you check the local laws first and make sure you are always on the correct side of said laws. And see if you can gain official support.

Robert Chandler Yes it is. You can try and argue all you want but the stickers come off pretty easily. It's easily avoidable (cause and effect) and you are just looking for an excuse to do whatever you want when the police isn't around.
