Jazz from Gallus Hall (Ljubljana, Slovenia) series. Ljubljana Academy of Music Big Band plays best swing music. This group of best slovenian young musicians did perform cuban an carribean music in 2013. Now they perfom jazz amazing music from world musical, swing in jazz herritage. They play stunningly under the baton of Matej Hotko, charismatic leader, base player and professor of Jazz department dr. Jaka Pucihar. Energy of this group is juzz amazing.

As much as I love Cole Porter (and I do), this tune is by Richard Rodgers, and won his only Academy Award for State Fair. That said, it is a wonderful rendition as you said. Just wanted to point this out. Thanks and enjoy great music!!!

This is by Rodgers and Hammerstein, not Cole Porter. It was written for both films of State Fair.

Another example of Marks excellent arrangements. His solid theoretical skills combined with his 'not-over-the-top' crativity always results in very playable and fun music with good sounding voicing. Recently I have ordered many of his work for our bigband. He is one of our favourite arrangers. (Check out: Lulu's Left Town') And to the band: Excellent!
