there’s more variety than what he stated. there’s 5 panel caps that stop the stitching a 1/3 or so down from the front of the cap, creating a point on the hat. but there’s also 5 panel caps that are different shapes and create a different look (the front of the hat has the fabric sewn horizontally instead of vertically), when i think of them i think of hats that skateboarders wear or hats that you would often see people wearing in Australia. then there is 6 panel caps that, like he said, have 6 pieces of fabric sewn together and the stitching comes all the way down, splitting the front of the hat. but there’s also different structures of hats. there is both structured and unstructured caps that you can get. a structured hat is stiff on the front (much like a classic flat brimmed baseball hat) and will hold its shape when it’s not being worn. unstructured hats are more flimsy and will not hold their shapes when not being worn. in my opinion, my favourite style of hats are unstructured, 5 panel (the ones with the points or the ones with horizontal stitching patterns), dad hats, with slide adjustments (not snapbacks). or a classic choice of wearing a beanie that falls right on or slightly above your ears and rests right above your eyebrows

I like the basic Ralph Lauren caps. I dont like logos or too many colors in them. Minimalistic works for me: 1 color for the cap, 1 color for all the embroidery. Bell buckle is fine it looks the best just not the easiest to adjust.
OK this really helped I was really confused why do I look fine with some caps but some caps I’ve bought online or because I liked the art or embroidery on it doesn’t fit well! The video was really helpful . Keep posting 💪

this guy’s opinions aren’t very valid. hats with a slide adjustment tend to be much higher quality than snapbacks. if you’re buying a hat, try to buy one with a slide adjustment. they look nicer and will last longer.
There’s no “one size fits all” advice for hats. There are hats I’d never wear that other guys can pull off very well. The key is figuring out what works well for you. But if you’re not great with fashion, look at someone similar to how you look that is acclaimed for having good style, and copy what they do. Not just with hats, but all facets of fashion.
I'm watching the video for later-on purposes. For now, I don't look good in hats because I don't look good 😂😂 I'll watch this again when I'll fix this very issue, if I ever manage to build up my confidence for that. Good video btw :)

5:00 Your hat looks really nice. However, the plastic strip at the back. I'm no fan of that. Plastic dries out over time and it will break at some point. That's my experience with it.
It doesn’t matter what I do, I’ll pick a hat the day before, sleep on it, and then change my mind the next morning and pick my Nationals city connect again.
Agree with a lot of this but your own snapback shows a bit of an issue too: size it small and the opening will get sinched and the panels above it will billow out a bit. This does not look good either. You have embodiery on arched opening and this draws attention to this. Not really the greatest look. Otherwise a good video.
