    Great video! Thanks for showing your Airstream...we love the Globetrotter too! I have never seen anyone show where the sink and two cubby covers go.

    Well done! We learned - how you store the covers for sink, and the small containers behind sink and what the pull out drawers under table are used for. The dealer's walk thru guy didn't have a clue what the larger cushion was used for...we didn't understand the lid on the drawers and thought maybe we could add a lock and make a small safe....our trailer is same as yours but we have queen bed (and no kids!).....now we need to learn how to operate heater - zones....btw we dont have the grey meter under the kitchen tv for measuring your power...thank you & Happy Trails, Steve & Marty

    What a great video! Only one I’ve seen that discloses direct comparisons of features to the Flying Cloud and International models. Also, thank you for not whipping around the camera, but placing it on a tripod or moving it slowly. Really a great job for appearance and content. Bravo! Beautiful travel trailer.

    This model is so nice! We had a 33 ft, 2021 Classic and loved it but found it to be really more space than we needed. We sold it for a profit😊. Now I’m looking for a slightly smaller model.🤓

    Is it possible to show or measure the interior shelf of the oven? I just rented an on-site unit in a campground (not an Airstream) and was surprised that the oven shelf was about 3” from the ceiling. Thanks in advance and I trust you’ll make lots of great memories.

    • @MakeItRad
      @MakeItRad  11 месяцев назад +1

      Greetings! Sure the oven interior dimensions are 14" w 14" d 10.5" h. The shelf in the low setting has 7.5" clearance to the top of the oven. In the high setting has 4.75". I'm sure it will vary by model / manufacture. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!

    Thanks for the tour. Do you know if the globetrotter twin bed has the option for the bunk loft?
    My little ones would love that.

    • @MakeItRad
      @MakeItRad  Месяц назад +1

      Greetings! The front bunk isn't an available option for the Globetrotter, but is available in the same floorplan with the International and Flying Cloud. A good tool for checking options on each model is the Airstream Configurator page: www.airstream.com/configurator/tt/ Thanks for watching and commenting!

      You may want to purchase the advanced pack for your year vehicle, that will have the temp PID's premade.

    What do you pull it with. Can a f150 tow this model?

    • @MakeItRad
      @MakeItRad  3 месяца назад

      I pull it with a 2020 Tundra. An F150 should be able to as well. Check the info on the sticker inside the drivers door. Payload will likely be the limiting factor.

    Can you tow the 27 ft Globetrotter with a f150

    • @MakeItRad
      @MakeItRad  3 месяца назад

      Greetings. Yes, an F150 should tow 27ft GT, but to be sure, you should reference the payload and tow capacity ratings. These are typically found on a label inside the drivers side door jam. Thanks for watching and commenting!

    Just started looking at Airstreams .. quetion what do you pull it with? I have a 2022 f150 powerboost ..i belive with 7600 lbs +/- gvw.. was hoping it would be enough to pull what you actually bought..

    • @MakeItRad
      @MakeItRad  Год назад +1

      Greetings, I pull this with a 2020 Tundra. I posted a video going over in detail here: ruclips.net/video/3Uu9aGXMQDo/видео.html A-lot of people pull these with half-tons and Airstream markets the trailers as such, but you will want to watch the payload, axle ratings, and overall GCVWR. A weight distribution hitch will be something you will need as well. I use an Andersen, its good, not perfect, but light weight. Thanks for watching!

    Steven, do you get how in your bedroom, or does the two ACs do the trick. If you guys are wanting more airflow in the bedroom, consider doing this modification to your air vents in the twin bedroom. ruclips.net/video/jt-RWfTredM/видео.htmlsi=-v1moDiCNobBFtYY

      Airkrafters makes nice things, but with the 2 AC the front stays plenty cool in the stock configuration for our needs.

    I appreciate that Airstreams are well built from premium materials, but I just don't understand why someone would pay twice the price for a trailer with no slideouts. I went to the RV show to look at several different brands and the Airstreams just seemed so small and cramped inside. (Disclaimer: I bought a Grand Design with opposing slideouts in the kitchen/living room area - where you spend the most time.) Different strokes for different folks I guess.

    • @MakeItRad
      @MakeItRad  4 месяца назад

      The hope is it makes the buyer a more informed one. No alarms is quite right, if anything, I tried to show how some of detailed features of the GT design that even some dealers aren't aware of. Storage of the countertop containers and sink covers, for example. Have a great one!
