That's my current camera, if people are looking for video make sure to check out the Sony ZV-E10 as it has way sharper video, but I still do prefer Canon as I mostly do photography only. Great Begginer camera but not even close to being good
@@GOCAPSDMV I never said it was, I saod it was not that good comparing to what they said on the video. Turns out for 800$ it is quite a good camera, the kit lens was the one killing the quality, since then I got an adapter and started using old lenses. So with this, the camera isn't bad, the kit lens is, Canon changed the kit lenses and made them worse so, I recommend that if you buy this camera, buy another lens, if you have more 100$ the R10 is worth the price.
@@cyberastr4lso if it’s between this camera and the r100 (and assuming I’m willing to spend $100 more) would you recommend just getting the r100? Does it have a flip screen tho bc that’s a big thing for me. I’m just looking to vlog with it, nothing crazy.
@@haylee7951 the r100 is for people on a very tight budget and it's not worth the price. the camera does not have a flipout screen, it's not even touch! the autofocus system is the old system, it does track people and eyes but it doesn't track animas, vehicles, objects etc like the R50 does it also uses the old type of sensor so low light or is worse, the R50 o think has better quality video so if this reasons are not enough to spend 100$ more idk what is. the Canon EOS R100 is a joke for its price
Coming from zve10 to R50 , what I didn’t like in zve10 that you have to color grade to have the best of your shoots and i am not that expert and i don’t have a high end computer to do editing
Have you noticed any discoloration on the white camera from oils on your hands?

So it’s bad? Why would any beginner get a bad camera that cost $800?

@@cyberastr4l ok good to hear, usually far from good means the opposite of good, which would be bad. You worded it weirdly
