- These gray-haired gents are unlikely viral superstars. The Silverfox Squad has a staggering five million followers. Founder Irvin Randle is an elementary school teacher from Houston. The 60-year-old dapper grandpa went viral after his students posted photos of him. Randle scoured social media and invited successful businessmen aged 50 and above to join his Silverfox Squad. Now, the 11-strong silver foxes are recognized everywhere.
Getting old is a privilege. Getting old with your health is a blessing.
I know many people who died way to young.

The blessing would be a lot easier to come by if we had universal health coverage so that we could actually take care of ourselves without it costing a fortune after we paid high premiums. Just saying!

Move to Europe. I have double coverage through my employment and the wifes employment. Ask veterans at the VA how well (or lack of) the government runs health care or anything else. You do not really want universal health care.

I love it when men do exactly what they’re told and fit into the social beauty norms as well. Those smelly incels living in parents basements just don’t do it for me. I literally just turned 29 a couple of days ago and folks be telling me that once you turn 30 its all over lol. I've always been a firm believer that if you take care of yourself age ain't nothing but a number so shout out to the Silver Fox Squad.
I turn 29 next summer. It all happened so fast. I don’t even feel 30. But once I do it’s over.
30s is just your 20s with a lot more Money and you will get more quality Females in your 30s than in your 20s you will actually know what Females you really like

Personally, I've been invested in health and fitness throughout my life. As a result, I thank God for allowing me to be more "defined" in my 50's compared to my 20's! 💪

I see plenty of young men well dressed and no sagging. But it’s a different age bracket, life experiences, etc…. Also this look was brought back by younger folk anyway. My dad used to dress like this in 60s and 70s.

I'm 47 and have been in the gym since April because I got out of shape by my standards. My wife is 46, size 4/5 but still wants to workout with me. People ask me why, it's because I have standards for myself as these guys do. Though we both pass for younger, she doesn't want to look like a lot of women her age physically nor do I want a "dad" bod plus set an example for our sons! Shout-out to the fellow Houstonian doing big things!
Is she cool with you telling the whole world her pant size though? Maybe that's something you should let her tell people. I don't know her maybe she doesn't care but a lot of ladies do and I know I wouldn't be happy if my man was casually talking about my pant size and age in public to strangers. Just a thought. I know you didn't mean any malice, it's just not something a lot of ladies aren't comfortable having someone else discussing their pant size with other people, especially their boyfriend's or husband's.

I've always found men with peppered and full on grey hair attractive. Even as a teen I found myself thinking they were just beautiful and distinguished looking. Not that yellow grey but that white/silver grey.

I am 60 myself I work two jobs and I work out 5 days a week I believe it keeps you looking young, when you get older you have to really take care of yourself to make sure your healthy and it's also good to dress well it shows your keeping up your appearance as you get older just like these gentlemen great job Brothers! keep it up!!

I follow one of the men on Instagram, I hope this can be inspirational for both men and women. After 40, you can continue to be in shape and take care of yourself.
