@@ChiliPepperMadness Thank you. My total favorite is the chipotle sauce. Better than subway, and I even added a serrano pepper. Wow! Makes everything so much better. Thank you and yes I am planning on getting your cookbooks.
@ChiliPepperMadness You bet. Since I found your channel, I just can't stop watching. I've added most of your sauces to my spaghetti. Fantastic. And baked ziti with Chipotle /Serrano sauce. I make it every week.
I do this a lot of times, I really love that special habanero taste. But tbh I am team no seeds, at least in this dish. I really do not mind seeds in anything saucy, but not in raw vegetable foods.
There's one recipe i always make and everyone loves it. Its with habaneros , pineapple , cabbage, white vinegar. I will try to properly explain it in english and then I'll post it here.
Hi Uncle sorry to use word uncle i am from india and i cant call you by your first name in my culture i cant call elder by first name love your recipe. Big fan ❤❤
Helps arthritic hand pain. If you get it in your eye(s), don't rinse. Just bear it. The enzymes in tears break down the oils faster than you realize. Oh man pineapple-habanero pico sounds amazing
when i taste the freshness and flavor of produce from our garden, i really like the information of what to do with the produce.
As with many recipes, when it comes to variations, I like to quote Rod Serling: “The only limits are that of the imagination.”
I am making pico tonight, perfect timing! Pineapple is a go for me.
Sounds great!
Definitely a favorite 💯
Thanks, enjoy!
The noooooo from off set was a good laugh lol
=)
Awesome! We do that almost every time. Either habs or ghosts.
Great endorphin afterglow.
Love it. Thanks!
Hi Mike, yesterday was my birthday and I made a batch of this. It was so delicious I ate the entire bowl. Fantastic!
Happy birthday! Glad you enjoyed it!

Delicious. I've been using a lot of habenaros in my dishes lately.
I love habaneros. Nice level of kick to them, and the fruitiness! =)
Looks perfect as a side to a taco salad!
I like it!

Could I roast my peppers first when making Sriracha sauce, or would that not work? Thanks😊
Absolutely! Adds a nice roasted flavor.
5 habaneros and only 1 made it into the salsa. That won’t fly in my kitchen 🌶️🔥
I know, right? All the extra habs for me, please. =(
@@ChiliPepperMadness It’s OK; I know you were protecting a loved one from yourself 👍🏻
Haha, yep!

Hell yeah

Manzano pepper is the best
Mango can work
Hey u gotta use the seeds for it to be a habanero
Spice it up!!!
Heat's 1° in the placenta, although seeds ARE hot. That white pith is where capsaicin is concentrated.
The #1 reason to use gloves is so you can rub your eyes or nose without fear later in the day, after you forget you’ve been handling habaneros!

Missing garlic and ghost or Trinidad pepper. Black ground pepper and salt.
Go ahead and add those!
