Went back and showed them what was up. The guy said I'm sorry, so they remade my burger and he comes to give it to me and says sorry for the trouble of driving back, and he put four quarter pounder patties and more pickles and onions than I've ever seen on a burger. It was delicious! Not sure my heart appreciated it though. 😁

True about the sodium part, although it does increase blood pressure temporarily, which can cause a heart attack or stroke if you have heart disease already for any reason (not just genetic). I think onions are oddly good for the heart. Also sodium is only dangerous if you're genetically predisposed to have heart issues and hyper tension.
