    We all grew up drinking bay leaf with cinnamon sticks tea in Trinidad & Tobago.
    I boiled it this morning, left for work. When I get home I will put it in the fridge. I will drink it hot or cold with milk and sometimes I add cocoa powder. It's so delicious.

    I had always been told to remove the whole bay leaf before serving food prepared with it. I thought it was because it would be detrimental to your heart. However, with research, the reason why it is typically removed is because of its thickness, and leathery composition, it would be a choking hazard.

      Please make a video about ALL the herbs to kill candida especially severe stubborn candiasis. Ice been fighting it for 4 years with many herbs and combined as candida alcabans adapts to things used singly by themselves. I was poisoned by wayyyy too many antibiotics which caused a kidney stone (good microflora/probiotics eat them

    • @janetblanchard7
      @janetblanchard7 7 месяцев назад +12

      Please make a comprehensive video showing ALL herbs/essential oils and other things that kill candida!!!!
      I have used many herbs/essential oils for over 3 years now to kill it and get my healthy microbiome back! I had been poisoned by wayyy too many antibiotics in a short period of time. Allopathetic Drs don't bother speaking to each other plus I was given antibiotics for 3 weeks after overian cyst surgery and sent home with a cathedar and UTI actually so antibiotics given prolacaphy do NOT work nor should they be used. Then I had to have 10 more days of antibiotics when they discovered the UTI. (I left the hospital with it I know in retrospect) Antibiotics absolutely NEVER work Preventatively!!!! A few months later for the first and only time I got a kidney stone bc probiotics eat oxalates!!!!
      That was 2019. Then June 27, 2020 I got an acute UTI and my back broke the same day! After a week the hospital found the UTI and gave me 2 full weeks of Flexeral antibiotic! They didn't Xray or catch my broken back even though I couldn't walk or even move at all without screaming and believe me I'm very well acquainted with constant severe pain for decades. Long story short it took my pain Dr taking a mandatory MRI (Florida statute) and he discovered it about 3 months later. You see, probiotics are what absorb minerals and put them into our bones as well as teeth. (I've lost 2 teeth from it) My point is avoid antibiotics especially broad spectrum) essential oils and herbs are antimicrobial and will kill the bad bacteria and not hurt the probiotics unless past 10 days. Collidial silver nose spray will kill the bad guys but not the good guys. It's also antifungal. It's available at Walgreens and only costs about $15. I got mine for $11 at Walgreens at the end of 2020 or sometime in 2021. It's called Sovereign Silver.
      Btw AFTER I was diagnosed with candida overgrowth by allopathetic Dr and bc UTI acute and broken back they STILL gave me antibiotics 4 more times in just 3 months!
      This is why I call main stream medicine allopathetic instead of allopathic. Let's remember what the caduceus or medical sign is and it's on every ambulance with either a snake winding up a pole or 2 snakes winding up DNA.
      I tell my story and this to help even one person from going through anything like this as well as mercury amalgum fillings that will go to your Thyroid and brain and bones etc and give you severe mercury poisoning. It's from the elites depopulation agenda. They actually said "This will take years off their lives and life out of their years."
      If I've saved even one person Brother or Sister or child from going through any of the above miseries then I've done my job in JESUS Mighty Name AMEN 🙏❤️

    Consider possible side effects for some? In my experience it seems likely that taking bay leaf tea "in excess" possibly has a a neurotoxicity side effect. I really like the taste & trust to the many benefits but I think I overdid it by drinking large quantities day & night with a handful of bay leaves being recycled in successive drinks. (I drink a lot of tea).
    My own reaction was to experience ectopic heart flutter & physical symptoms bordering on muscular tremors in the hands. After stopping my bingeing on bay leaf tea I recovered a normal steady pulse & the tremor-like symptoms disappeared. Although a senior I don't think my experience was an age-related syndrome because the symptoms have now disappeared. In due course I shall resume drinking bay leaf tea - but "in moderation".

      I'm so sorry to hear the bay leaf tea made you sick! While it's generally safe for most people in moderate amounts, some can have adverse reactions like nausea and stomach upset, especially if consuming too much. Note that in the video we emphasize the side effects of consuming bay leaf. Hope you feel better soon!

      Chaney? Any relation to that Dick Cheney who shot his hunting buddy in the face? Of course, the guy apologized almost immediately (!). If you ask anyone; it probably should have been the other way around. Also, the whole lying to invade Iraq, and war profiteering with the no bid contract given to his company Halliburton.
      But, I digress. I think you mean the Liz CHENEY, who lost so embarrassingly after the her participation in the pushing of a manufactured hoax called "Russiagate?" No, will not be "writing in" this lying, corrupt, witless wanker.
