Can you also explain that incase the checque case is very old like 2010 around what that cases will be also decriminal and what will happand incase on arrivel on air port
No 2 is this ruls is only in dubai or all emirates

It’s possible that the old case might be closed in accordance with the new rule, even automatically, however in each case it depends on the details of the matter.
