Hi madam wish u can answer this question becuz a lot of expats is asking about this what is the legal ground of filling a case when u barrow money online.for example u have a contract of 6 months in the 3rd month u was not able to pay full amount becuz of some issue in this particular reason the lending company can file a case already againts u even the contract of 6 months still not finish.even u accept all the penalties for the delayed of payment.they can already file case againts the person
Appreciate your comment. This definitely depends on the contact terms, if there are no contract terms or written contract in place there should be a demand first and only after possible case filing.

@@legaloneuae7469 there is a term and condition there is no written or personal documents sign personaly becuz it is an online debitor.and also i read the terms and condition that if u delay payment u will need to pay penalties.the thing that im asking is the way they treathened me that they will file already a case becuz of delayed payment is already a ground for a case even the contract not yet finish
Hope u can answer the question so we can have any idea if the lender is already abusing our rights or threatening us in filling a case.becuz if u r still working and contract still not finish why need to file case automatically without giving a chance to pay the debt on the next month.

in dubai court mobile recording is legal or illegal
the court is making recording of the process. If you require you can request for recording by mentioning reasons why you need this. It is not recommended to make recording on your own. Possible responsibility might be imposed.

madam the passport is in court and person in jail for deportation and already request for passport from inside the jail but still passport didn’t reach in the jail so how long it will took time and after got passport how long it will took time to go her country plz advice mam
