Good evening madam.I really appreciate how clear u telling us about the rights and judgement.In my case madam first judgement i lost the case and there is a warrant of arrest.We immidiately file a bail and appeal to the court.We are couple and same company and they file us in abscon for my husband and criminal case also for both of us stealing money.Our case since feb. Always postpone and we also pay expert fees for all our evidences and that was the request from other party but our lawyer said we need to pay also. Now our appeal was happen last nov. 4 and the judge sais our judgement is on dec. 9 and we saw in the system.But after dec. 9 our lawyer office said our appeal was rejected and so the lawyers office said that they will make an appeal to the higher court.I decided not to continue again cuz it takes time and mo ey and months again for me to wait and nothing changes.My husbans the said has clear cuz no signature in the said paper and he is clear in abscon.Now my question madam If i will surrender to the police after sending the judgement paper to me.The charge is fine 5000aed plus 74000 which was charge by the company for that stealing,I DONT REALLY HAVE MONEY HOW MANY MONTHS I CNA BE IN JAIL? AND IF I CAN PAY THE FINE 5000AED, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO ME, AM I STILL BE IN JAIL AND NEED TO SERVE THE JAIL UNTIL I FINISH THE 74000? You do not have to worry, as your judgment is already on the execution stage. It will take time to observe the assets of your opponent, to inform him regarding the payment. Once the money collected, execution will inform you and give you a cheque.

While filling the complaint Al Adheed employee mentioned ticket value of 2000 in brackets. So, Now they are refusing to file the execution case at the moment, saying they can file the execution case after 30 days of judgement coz it's more than 20000. But in judgement only mentioned thing is 19000 with ticket. So what can I do now? Should I have to wait 30 days?

Btw adheed centres have not published my judgement yet, saying that has to notify your employer. My application to notify the employer is on the way however this is my second application to notify. I made 1st application to notify on 30 may, result of which they told me that office is closed. So my simple question is after my employer is notified, can I do the execution case or further would I have to wait again for 30 more days?

Dear Dr. Maryam, I just happened to watch your video and felt I should write to you. I would appreciate if you can guide me/help me to proceed further with my labor case as I am stuck. After receiving the final judgement from the Dubai court, I made several requests with AL ADHEED to BLOCK the employers Office/Property, Trade License, Bank Account, RTA but to my surprise my employer shifted their office, renewed their trade license, Sold all his vehicles and what I heard is he stopped using the official bank account instead the employer requested to send money in a different bank account. I was jobless with NO SALARY from November 2019, filed my case in February 2020, but had to leave UAE in September 2020 as I could not afford to pay rent and manage our expenses. I am not in Dubai now instead my uncle is authorized to take care of my case (Issued Power of Attorney). I left the country empty handed as I did not receive any money. There is nothing much that has happened after I left the country, and I am totally disappointed. every time my uncle visits Al Adheed he gets different answers from different counters. They ask him to come back with many documents but how can a normal person get these details from somewhere and this is exactly why we are depending on Al Adheed for. The execution department will take care of it and collect the payment. After they will inform you and give you the cheque on the amount in your judgment. Good luck!

Zehra, the process of executing the court judgment will take some time, but it cannot be measured, because it depends on various factors, such as opponent's behavior, his attendance, his ability to pay, his assets, etc. It might take several months... As a result, when the amount will be paid to the executive department, you will be contacted and given a cheque on the claimed amount. So, just be patient, you will definitely get your money. Do not hesitate to ask all your questions to your lawyer, it is his duty to inform you. Wish you all the best!

The statute of limitations can vary, depending on the case. But generally, it is up to 15 years in civil cases. There is no travel ban in civil cases. The travel ban can be imposed only during the execution procedure. I advise to check the information about travel restriction in immigration, or in the airport immigration counter.

Dear Syed, you need to follow up with the execution court. There is no fixed time frame for money collection. Regarding your visa, you have to take a Certificate from the court and then submit it to the immigration, to remove your overstay and be able to change the visa status or exit the country.

my final jugjment was comming at date of 8 jan 19 after I opened excution file it takes 25days , In this prosse officer personally will visited my company? after 15days typing center said have to publish jugment in newspaper 150aed and wait more 15 dayes. but my company still open and running at same location. In the starting of case officer alredy visited my company 2 months ago. so publishing jugment in newspaper is compalsary ?

I want your help and advice on my matter.
I got judgement in labour case, company has to pay me AED 19000 plus ticket.
While filling the complaint Al Adheed employee mentioned ticket value of 2000 in brackets.
So, Now they are refusing to file the execution case at the moment, saying they can file the execution case after 30 days of judgement coz it's more than 20000.
But in judgement only mentioned thing is 19000 with ticket.
So what can I do now?

Yes, you should wait for 30 days, as this period is for an appeal. After completing this period you can file an execution file.

Btw adheed centres have not published my judgement yet, saying that has to notify your employer. My application to notify the employer is on the way however this is my second application to notify. I made 1st application to notify on 30 may, result of which they told me that office is closed.
So my simple question is after my employer is notified, can I do the execution case or further would I have to wait again for 30 more days?

I just happened to watch your video and felt I should write to you.
I would appreciate if you can guide me/help me to proceed further with my labor case as I am stuck. After receiving the final judgement from the Dubai court, I made several requests with AL ADHEED to BLOCK the employers Office/Property, Trade License, Bank Account, RTA but to my surprise my employer shifted their office, renewed their trade license, Sold all his vehicles and what I heard is he stopped using the official bank account instead the employer requested to send money in a different bank account.
I was jobless with NO SALARY from November 2019, filed my case in February 2020, but had to leave UAE in September 2020 as I could not afford to pay rent and manage our expenses. I am not in Dubai now instead my uncle is authorized to take care of my case (Issued Power of Attorney). I left the country empty handed as I did not receive any money.
There is nothing much that has happened after I left the country, and I am totally disappointed. every time my uncle visits Al Adheed he gets different answers from different counters. They ask him to come back with many documents but how can a normal person get these details from somewhere and this is exactly why we are depending on Al Adheed for. My employer Safetech Technical Services has cheated me and all the employees. I 100% believe in Dubai Court.

The court has issued, seisure of car of the company owner but it has been around two months and nothing is happening. Further, after several request from al adheed, the judge has not yet make the request letter for the bank and real estate. What should I do next please?

I have a one question. I made a case against my employer. The judgement will come in my favour .after he made a appeal againt the judgement. My point that is that possible the whole judgement will be reverse. Normally wht happened in this kind of cases or chances to be null or void.

After that my employer has appealed in court. This month 11 was the hearing of appeal. I got some papers in court and come to know I've to go any of ontime center after 14 days.
Now my question is 👇
1- what will happen in ontime center?
2-How many days more need to finish the case.
3- Can I get the amount of first judgement or it will be less?

The court refused appeal..the judgement is still same.
What is next procedure?
@@রাহিম-ত৮ধ If the appeal has been refused, it means that the first judgment is valid. You have to register an execution file in the same court. The execution department will take care of it and collect the payment. After they will inform you and give you the cheque on the amount in your judgment. Good luck!

This information you can check with the Tasheel. The ban might be imposed for 6 months or 1 year.

Zehra, the process of executing the court judgment will take some time, but it cannot be measured, because it depends on various factors, such as opponent's behavior, his attendance, his ability to pay, his assets, etc. It might take several months... As a result, when the amount will be paid to the executive department, you will be contacted and given a cheque on the claimed amount. So, just be patient, you will definitely get your money. Do not hesitate to ask all your questions to your lawyer, it is his duty to inform you. Wish you all the best!

Mam i was applied for Poland work permit on july last year cunsultancy said they will provide work permit within 3 months they just hang us by saying this now next month will be released again next month and again next month finally I sent a mail to agency for cancelation and refund my money. They said I can cancel my contract but no refund. Now they have released my work permit and asking me for 2nd installment payment. The statute of limitations can vary, depending on the case. But generally, it is up to 15 years in civil cases. There is no travel ban in civil cases. The travel ban can be imposed only during the execution procedure. I advise to check the information about travel restriction in immigration, or in the airport immigration counter.

Dear Syed, you need to follow up with the execution court. There is no fixed time frame for money collection. Regarding your visa, you have to take a Certificate from the court and then submit it to the immigration, to remove your overstay and be able to change the visa status or exit the country.
