A Bit Closer to Heaven. I also replayed the game in James's memory. On the day before he passed on, I actually spoke to my friend about how another actor in Max Payne 2 , Kevin Conroy passed on too soon. Kevin Conroy did the voice of one the Commandos who fought Max Payne. Amazing. James McCaffrey's voice is such an intrinsic part of the character.
