One of the few times that a piece of music has lasted longer than the medium it was originally presented in. I barely remember the story in Max Payne 2, but I still remember every lyric in Late Goodbye.

I used to live in west Texas. I played max Payne. Good game. I made a mistake I'll always regret & lost all of my precious amazing friends. I never stop praying for them & their families that have now . This song grips my heart 💞

Really LoL. Where is the Rain? Where is the Pain? Max 1 and 2 contain these things. Max Payne 1 and 2 is Revenge or Darkness but 3 man please...
Aesthetics don't matter much. The brightness of Brazil contrasts with the darkness of the story. What matters is the core of the experience and at its core Max Payne 3 is still a bloody neo noir tromp through Brazil and a very astute character study of Max as a person.
I'm Brazilian, I've played all of MP games... And by far, MP1 and MP2 are the best.... MP3 represents a fictional city of Sao Paulo and less noir than previous games.... But still good...
