Silly question: How do you "attach" the sill plate to the anchor bolt?

@@circlehomeservices8917 drill a hole 1/8 in. larger than the anchor bolt through the sill plate, place sill over the anchor bolts and tighten down. Don't forget to put sill sealer on before sill plate.

Great video! Whats the minimum length of a sill plate along a 16ft span? I see a sill plate here thats only 15inches long to fill the total length.

As long as it is fastened down with at least one anchor bolt I don't think it matters how long the board is.
