s1nglespeeder actually classic grand piano sounds are very difficult to be recreated with any kind of synths (including FM synthetisers) because the waveform is complex: this is also the reason why you usually use samplers keyboards, not synthetisers, for this purpose. On the other hand FM synthetisers are very good at recreating electric pianos, Rhodes, organs, pads, bass sounds and a lot of other experimental stuff.

Reface DX is a DX 100 with 3 octaves instead 4.

short version, no. I use a yamaha MM8 to get my grand piano sound, and (bonus) I get to use it to run all funny knobs of the DX reface. :)
You may get a sound in between the electro acoustic grand piano and the piano sound found in analog organs.
No, why should it? It’s not what it was built for.
