Thank you so much for showing another part of Tokyo. The quieter parts where we can catch the Cherry Blossoms. The beautiful houses in this neighborhood and how safe it is to walk on the streets of Tokyo. I love discovering new cities and I can’t wait to discover Japan. Thanks again and stay safe.💃🏽🌸

Yes, japan is a very safe country. I completely agree with all the things you’ve said. But you forgot to mention about the food. The food is very good especially fish like sushi and sashimi. I love japan. I live there for 13yrs. I enjoy your videos. Looking forward for more videos. Arigato.

First off, thank you for creating and sharing your videos. As someone who is trying to learn Japanese, I really appreciate the walk and talk format because I can listen to Japanese while watching something visually interesting.
And regarding your reasons for why Japan is so safe, I have to agree with your fourth and fifth points. Having a strong national character and a rule-following culture likely leads to a safe and high trust society. You mentioned the grass is greener on the other side. This is how I feel as someone from the West. In the West, there is much more individualism, but at the cost of safety and trust. Especially in the US, any national culture we might have is weak and ambiguous, meaning we have a lower probability for shared values and understanding among fellow citizens, which leads to a lower trust society. I hope Japan never loses its strong national character, traditions, and culture.

Thank you for creating this video. It is a very beautiful area! I agree with all 11 of your reasons. I am 1/2 Japanese and 1/2 caucasian, born and raised in America. I’m an older lady in my late 50’s and I have seen many changes in America over my lifetime. Every country has its beauty and tragedy. I’ve lived in different states within America and traveled to a few different countries. I enjoyed visiting the different countries.
Thank you for your wonderful videos, they are very interesting to watch and learn of Japan and the beautiful language.

I grew up as an Expat kid living in Shoto, 1-21-2. The row of townhouses at 6:30 previously had a large single-family home, a three-story apartment called Shoto Stripes House. That's where my family lived in the early 1990s. I walked up that road last year and it certainly has changed. So glad you took that route. Natsukashiiiiii ~ Adam

I've seen some videos where japanese people complain that Japan is too strict. Although this might be true from their perspective, I guess most of them never were abroad. People would definitely see things a bit different and would much more appreciate the good side of things in Japan if they had this kind of comparison to other countries. There is no perfect place, but japanese people doing a damn good job here in keeping japan unique and beautiful.

Been to Japan many times and been to various areas, just never had the time to see the various upscale and lower end residential areas of Tokyo however. Somehow I dislike Tokyo with its extreme levels of urbanization. But there are different sides to everything

In Japan, most of the crime is committed by the LDP,... they don't like any competition.

Why inheritance tax is so high in Japan? (55%)? It is zero in Singapore. Japan hates rich people?
